    1、铸件“桔皮”缺(quē)陷的特(tè)征(zhēng)   铸件“桔皮”是生产中反复出(chū)现的一种铸(zhù)造(zào)缺陷,它对(duì)铸件质量的(de)影响较大(dà),缺陷(xiàn)出(chū)现在铸件(jiàn)肥厚部位(wèi)、热节(jiē)及内(nèi)浇道附近以(yǐ)及受热(rè)集中而冷却又慢的部位。铸件表面有(yǒu)微凸(tū)的小圆斑,呈“眼圈”状,这(zhè)些表面粗糙(cāo),看起(qǐ)来象“桔(jú)子皮”的斑点,在多种(zhǒng)铸件中反复出(chū)现,有时整批铸(zhù)件(jiàn)均有,其在每个铸件上(shàng)的数量少则几个,多(duō)至(zhì)整个平面;小圆斑有的较大,有的小(xiǎo)至麻(má)点;有时是(shì)单个分散的,有时也呈密集的片(piàn)状凸起物,高出铸件0.4-0.6mm,直径3-5mm。据我公司统计,废(fèi)品中的15%是“桔皮”缺陷造(zào)成的,而且碳钢件产生桔皮缺(quē)陷的机会更多一(yī)些。 2、“桔皮”缺陷产(chǎn)生(shēng)的原因分析(xī)    导致“桔(jú)皮”产生的根本的原因是涂料表面堆积、硬化不(bú)充分。型壳在焙烧后,其表面上形成黄色或黄绿(lǜ)色玻璃体,浇注后与(yǔ)钢液反应而形成硅酸盐瘤粘附于铸件表(biǎo)面。单纯地延长硬化时(shí)间,无助(zhù)于zui终解决“桔(jú)皮”问题(tí)。通过实践,有以下几(jǐ)方面的原因。 2.1原材(cái)料方面的影响    众所周知(zhī),水(shuǐ)玻璃涂料的粉(fěn)液比低,粉料(liào)分(fèn)布不均(jun1)匀。水玻璃的模数(shù)愈高,密度(dù)愈大,则涂料的(de)粉液比愈(yù)低(dī),粉料的分布愈不(bú)均匀,也(yě)zui不易充(chōng)分(fèn)硬化。 (1)水玻(bō)璃的(de)影响     水玻璃的(de)模数、密度(dù)以及杂质的多(duō)少对(duì)涂(tú)料的流动性影(yǐng)响极大(dà)。随着模数的增大,水玻(bō)璃中亚胶粒(lì)子比例增加(jiā),其粘度会随之增加,涂料的(de)流变(biàn)性恶化,当模组涂挂时极易在表层造成局部涂料堆积。    水(shuǐ)玻璃参数不一致对涂料性(xìng)能的影(yǐng)响是(shì)很大的,这(zhè)一点很容易被忽视。参数的不一致性表(biǎo)现在两个方面。    其一是模数的不一致性,刚进厂的水玻(bō)璃只有经过(guò)长时间的静置扩散(分散(sàn))后才(cái)能使同一批模数趋于一致,达到稳定的分散状态;这一(yī)过程所需时间在一星期以(yǐ)上,如果急(jí)于使用则不可(kě)能获得理(lǐ)想的(de)涂料流变(biàn)性能(néng)。    其二是溶液密度的不一致性,在配涂料前通常要(yào)对水玻璃溶液(yè)的密度进(jìn)行调整,应该(gāi)特别注意(yì)加水搅拌后马上测得的密度是不真实的,因为液体分(fèn)散稳定的过程尚未完成,与所希望(wàng)的密度有一定(dìng)的误(wù)差,据(jù)此配制的涂(tú)料,其粘度和流动性(xìng)都有误(wù)差。 (2)耐火粉料的影响    耐(nài)火粉料颗粒(lì)的分布和形状对涂(tú)料流变性(xìng)的影响较大,双峰粉涂(tú)料具有较好的流变性是大(dà)家公认的(de);但即(jí)便是(shì)粒度分(fèn)布基(jī)本相同的双峰粉(fěn),当耐火(huǒ)粉料(liào)颗料形状分别为多角(jiǎo)、尖(jiān)角和(hé)片状的粉配制(zhì)涂料时,在粉液(yè)比和水玻璃模数相同的条件下其(qí)流(liú)变性也(yě)会有(yǒu)很大的差异(yì)。    当粉料形状越接(jiē)近片状时,其比表面积也越大,颗(kē)粒间的摩擦力和作用力增大,涂料的粘度将大于多角形的(de)粉料。 (3)水玻璃密度和粉液比(bǐ)的综合(hé)影响 水玻璃密度和粉液比的变化对(duì)表层涂料(liào)流变性的影响是非常直观的,水(shuǐ)玻(bō)璃密(mì)度和粉液比过大时涂料粘度增(zēng)加、流(liú)变性变(biàn)差、涂层变厚会引(yǐn)起涂料在型壳表面(miàn)局部(bù)堆积,型(xíng)壳硬(yìng)化不良zui终导致“桔(jú)皮”问(wèn)题。 2.2工艺方面的影(yǐng)响 (1)表面层(céng)风干不充分。表面层风干是涂料(liào)的(de)再(zài)均匀(yún)化过程(chéng),同时,也(yě)是(shì)水玻(bō)璃脱(tuō)水(shuǐ)固化过程,如风(fēng)干(gàn)时(shí)间过短(duǎn),表面层涂料(liào)在熔模表面分布(bù)不均匀,造成其后的(de)硬(yìng)化不充分,脱蜡后将在型壳内表面形成团状聚集物,局部形成(chéng)钠盐杂质。 (2)过度滴控(kòng)。过度滴控指表面层浸挂涂料时(shí),单(dān)方向流动(dòng)未能及时粘砂(shā),将导致涂料(liào)在熔(róng)模表(biǎo)面局(jú)部方向上的堆积,造(zào)成(chéng)其后的硬化(huà)不完全(quán)。 (3)型壳层间硬化不良(liáng)。由(yóu)于涂(tú)料层尤其是(shì)前(qián)两(liǎng)层(céng)中存在未(wèi)硬化(huà)部(bù)分,未硬化的涂料在脱蜡和焙(bèi)烧后(hòu)造成型壳内(nèi)表面的钠(nà)盐聚集,与(yǔ)钢水反应后(hòu)生成(chéng)“桔皮”缺陷。 2.3环境方面的影响 在(zài)寒冷的(de)冬季,过低的室温使涂料流动(dòng)性变差造成涂料堆积,过厚堆积的涂料又不能完全硬化;此(cǐ)外硬化液的温度随(suí)室温的降低(dī)也会造(zào)成硬化过程的缓慢和不(bú)完全。环境湿(shī)度的影响则主要发生在雨季,空气(qì)湿度的增(zēng)加会影(yǐng)响(xiǎng)风(fēng)干过程,常因为(wéi)风干不足而出现(xiàn)“桔(jú)皮”问(wèn)题。 3、避免“桔(jú)皮(pí)”缺陷的措施 3.1原料选用 (l)水玻璃(lí)在模数合适的情况(kuàng)下(xià),必须(xū)严格控制杂质(zhì)含量;应根(gēn)据环境的温度、湿(shī)度、铸件的结构特点以(yǐ)及所配粉料(liào)的特点调整水玻璃密度。 (2)粉料在粒(lì)度符合(hé)使(shǐ)用要求的条件下,其粒形至关重要,球(qiú)形和多角形粉料(liào)是(shì)较理想的,而(ér)片状粉料不能(néng)使用。 3.2工艺(yì)对策 (1)水玻(bō)璃密(mì)度的调整。密度(dù)的合适与(yǔ)否将直接影响铸件的(de)表面质量,密度(dù)过大会导致涂料流动性差而造成分层和“桔皮”缺陷,密(mì)度过小又会形成铸件表面的(de)黄(huáng)瓜刺;合(hé)适的密度(dù)通常与环(huán)境(jìng)温度、粉料的粒度、微观形状及(jí)铸件的结构特点有关系。密度一般控制在1.27-1.29g/cm3之(zhī)间,其调整原则是: ①环境温度高时增加(jiā)密度,低时减小密度; ②粉料粗且片状比(bǐ)例小时增(zēng)加密度,粉料细且片(piàn)状比例大时减小(xiǎo)密(mì)度; ③结构(gòu)简(jiǎn)单涂料易(yì)流(liú)动的铸(zhù)件(jiàn)可适当增加密度,反之(zhī)减(jiǎn)小密(mì)度。 (2)粉液(yè)比的确定。粉液比也(yě)是(shì)影响铸件表面质量的重要因素之一,比例过大则(zé)会因涂料的流(liú)动性差导致涂挂不均(jun1)匀而产(chǎn)生(shēng)分层和涂料堆积;而太(tài)小则会(huì)产生铸件表面的黄瓜刺。其配比原则是在保证涂料流动(dòng)性的前提下尽量提高(gāo)粉液比。 (3)硬(yìng)化液的(de)浓(nóng)度、温(wēn)度(dù)与(yǔ)硬(yìng)化时(shí)间。一般情(qíng)况下,氯(lǜ)化氨质(zhì)量分数在25%以上(shàng)的硬化剂才(cái)会有较好的硬化效果;如果(guǒ)氯化铵含量低,靠延长时间是不能改善硬化效果的。 (4)涂挂操作(zuò)方式(shì)。实际(jì)生产中有相当(dāng)一部分(fèn)“桔皮”问题(tí)是(shì)由于操作不(bú)当(dāng)造成的(de),涂料的单方(fāng)向流动极易产生(shēng)堆积而造成(chéng)硬化(huà)不充(chōng)分,所以在蜡模(mó)浸挂涂料之后的滴控直到撒砂完毕的整个过程中,必须不断改变模(mó)组的(de)方向。 (5)脱蜡工艺。在脱蜡热水(shuǐ)中(zhōng)补充适当的硬化剂,由于(yú)硬化剂(jì)的吸(xī)热作(zuò)用和反(fǎn)应,会进一步使(shǐ)得表面层所(suǒ)滞留的反(fǎn)应产物NaCl溶于(yú)脱蜡水中而大(dà)部分去除,此时,型壳表面形成的是一层低(dī)钠硅胶层,有利于防止“桔(jú)皮”缺陷的产生。 (6)环境温度。环境温度(dù)偏低会导致(zhì)涂料流(liú)动性差,造成涂挂不均匀而形成桔皮及其(qí)他制壳缺陷,制壳工序的环境温(wēn)度应控制在15℃以上。

    气泡是铸件常见问题之一,而且一旦铸件出现(xiàn)了气(qì)泡(pào)问题,也等于产品报废了(le)。那么如何避免铸件产生气泡?看看(kàn)下面这(zhè)7条。 【缺陷(xiàn)现象】 铸件表(biǎo)皮下,聚集气(qì)体(tǐ)鼓胀所形成的泡,有时会崩裂,存在贯通(tōng)和非贯通两(liǎng)种。 别名:鼓泡、起泡【原因(yīn)分析】 模具温度太高,开模过早。 填(tián)充速度太高,金属(shǔ)流卷(juàn)入气体过多。 涂(tú)料(liào)发气量大,用量过多,浇注前未燃尽,使挥发气体被(bèi)包在(zài)铸件表层,另(lìng)涂(tú)料含水量大(dà)。 型腔内气体(tǐ)没有排出,排气(qì)不顺。 合金熔炼温度过高。 铝合金液体除气(qì)不彻底(dǐ),吸有较(jiào)多气体,铸件凝固(gù)时析出留在铸件内 填充时(shí)产生紊流。 【对应措施(shī)】 1、测温枪测试模具表(biǎo)面温度,显示数值超过工艺(yì)规定范围。降(jiàng)低模具(jù)表面温度,增(zēng)加保压(yā)时间; 2、铸件表面(miàn)内浇口(kǒu)压(yā)入的(de)金属流明显比其(qí)它部(bù)位亮很多。填充速度高产生原因一方面是设备本身的(de)压(yā)射速度高,另(lìng)一方面可能是内浇(jiāo)口太薄(báo)造成(chéng)。降低(dī)压射速度(dù),适当增(zēng)加内浇口厚度;判(pàn)断内(nèi)浇口薄的方法:是否有浇口易粘现象,降低二(èr)快速(sù)度看远端(duān)是(shì)否有严重压(yā)不(bú)实现(xiàn)象,不给压打件,看是否有多股铝液流; 3、喷涂(tú)时察看雾(wù)的颜色是否(fǒu)呈白(bái)色,合(hé)模前察(chá)看型腔是否还有气体残留。更换(huàn)涂料或增大涂料与水的配比; 4、在烫模阶段,铸件表(biǎo)面有明显的漩涡和涂料堆积。判(pàn)断及解(jiě)决方法:调(diào)开档,人为产生涨模,如果(guǒ)解(jiě)决,需开(kāi)排气道; 5、铸件表面(miàn)内浇口压入的金属流特别亮并伴有粘结。适当降低浇注温度; 6、取样块测(cè)密度,看是否符合要求。重新(xīn)进(jìn)行除气处理或在保温炉内进行再次(cì)精炼; 7、烫(tàng)模阶段铸件表面明(míng)显有各流溶(róng)接不到一起(qǐ)的痕迹伴有涂(tú)料堆积。 判(pàn)断及解(jiě)决方法:涂黑油生产,看痕(hén)迹是否(fǒu)有(yǒu)堆积,分析堆积部(bù)位,解决方法: a、开设或加大相应部位的(de)集渣包, b、调(diào)整内浇口(kǒu)流(liú)向、位置(zhì)或填充方向(xiàng)。

    1.冒口设计的基本原理 铸件冒口主要是在铸钢件上使用。铸铁件只用于个别的(de)厚大(dà)件的灰铸铁件和球铁件上。金属液在液态降温和(hé)凝固过(guò)程中,体积要(yào)收缩。铸件的体(tǐ)收缩大(dà)约(yuē)为(wéi)线收缩的3倍。因此,铸钢的体收(shōu)缩通常按3---6%考虑,灰铸铁按(àn)2---3%,不过由于灰铸铁和球(qiú)墨铸铁凝固时的石墨(mò)化膨胀,可(kě)以抵消部分体(tǐ)积收缩,所以(yǐ)如果壁厚均匀,铸型紧实度(dù)高,通常不需要设计冒口。铸件的体收(shōu)缩如果得(dé)不到补充,就会在(zài)铸件上或者内部形(xíng)成缩孔、缩(suō)陷或者缩(suō)松(sōng)。严重时(shí)常(cháng)常造成铸件报(bào)废。 冒口尺寸计算原则是,首先计算需要补缩的金(jīn)属液(yè)需要多少。通常把(bǎ)这一部分金属液假设成球体,并(bìng)求出直径(设(shè)为d0)用于(yú)冒口计算。冒口补缩铸(zhù)件是有(yǒu)一定的范围------叫有效补缩距离,设为L,对厚度为h的板状(zhuàng)零(líng)件通(tōng)常(cháng)L=3~5h 。对棒状零件L=(25~30)√h 式子中,h------铸件厚度 2.冒口尺寸的基(jī)本计算方法 冒口(kǒu)计算的公式、图线、表格等有(yǒu)很多(duō)。介(jiè)绍如下。 zui常(cháng)用(yòng)的方法是,冒口直径(jìng) D=d0+h 理由是假定冒口和铸件以相同的速度凝固,凝固过程是(shì)从铸件的(de)两(liǎng)个表面(miàn)向(xiàng)内层(céng)进(jìn)行,当(dāng)铸件完全凝固终了,正好冒口(kǒu)凝固了同(tóng)样(yàng)的厚度,这时还剩下中间的空(kōng)心(xīn)的缩孔,体积正好等于补(bǔ)缩球的体积,这部(bù)分(fèn)金属(shǔ)液在凝固过程中正好补缩(suō)进了(le)铸件。 当铸件(jiàn)存在热节时,可以(yǐ)把h换(huàn)成热节的直(zhí)径T即可。 即D=do+T 。 另外设计冒口,还(hái)有个重要的部位,就是冒口颈,所(suǒ)谓冒口颈就是冒口和铸件的连接通道,冒(mào)口里的金(jīn)属液(yè)都是经(jīng)由冒(mào)口(kǒu)颈(jǐng)补(bǔ)缩(suō)到铸件里的(de)。所以对冒口颈的(de)截(jié)面(miàn)是有要(yào)求的(de),通常(cháng)取(qǔ)冒(mào)口颈的直径dj=(0.6~0.8)T 。 冒口高度(dù) H=(1.5~2.5)D 。 H的高度还(hái)应(yīng)该考虑要高于(yú)需要补缩部位的高度,否则(zé)就成了反补缩了(le),铸件补缩了冒(mào)口,这(zhè)是要避免(miǎn)的。 3.其(qí)它计算(suàn)方法 常用(yòng)的经(jīng)验计算方(fāng)法还有不计算需要估算补缩的金(jīn)属(shǔ)液(yè),直接将热节(jiē)园的直(zhí)径乘个系数得出(chū)冒口直径。例如 简单(dān)铸件     D=(1.05~1.15)T   外形简单,热节比较集(jí)中。 复杂铸件     D=(1.40~1.80)T   外形复杂,例如有许多筋条(tiáo)和铸件的其余部(bù)分(fèn)连接。 中间类型     D=(1.15~1.40)T   介于以(yǐ)上两种之间。 铸造生产的条件(jiàn)千差万别,因素太多,以至于所(suǒ)有的计算(suàn)公式都是近似的(de)有条件的。往往一(yī)个(gè)公(gōng)式不一定适用于所有的场合。所以公式中往往有取值范围较大的(de)系数供用户结合本单位的情况选择(zé)。

    型砂的配(pèi)制包括三个(gè)方(fāng)面,即原材料(liào)的准备、型(xíng)砂的混制和将混制好的(de)型砂调匀及松砂(shā)等工艺环(huán)节。铸造生产中所使用的型(xíng)砂,有的是由回(huí)用砂加适量(liàng)的(de)新(xīn)砂、粘土(tǔ)和水经混合均(jun1)匀配制成的(de),有的全部是由新的材料配制成的。为了确保新(xīn)砂质量,所有的原(yuán)材料都须根据(jù)技术(shù)要求经(jīng)验收(shōu)合格后(hòu)才能使用。为此,在配砂前都必须进行加工准备。 (1)       新砂 新砂在采(cǎi)购、运输过(guò)程中常混有草(cǎo)根、煤屑(xiè)及泥块等(děng)杂物,同(tóng)时含有一定数量的(de)分分。潮(cháo)湿的原(yuán)砂不易(yì)过筛,配(pèi)砂(shā)时不便于控制型(xíng)砂的水(shuǐ)分(fèn)。因(yīn)此,除含水量低(dī)、用于手工造(zào)型的(de)湿型砂(shā)可直接(jiē)配(pèi)制(zhì)外,新砂(shā)在使用前必须进行烘干和过筛。新砂(shā)的(de)烘干用立式或(huò)卧式烘干滚筒,也可采用(yòng)气流烘干的办法。常用的筛砂设(shè)备有手工筛、滚筒筛(shāi)和振(zhèn)动筛等。 (2)       粘(zhān)土 刚开采的粘土(tǔ)往往含有较多的水分具(jù)多为块状(zhuàng),因此使用前(qián)必须烘干、破(pò)碎并磨成(chéng)粘土(tǔ)粉,主要由专门的工厂进行(háng)加(jiā)工,包装(zhuāng)万袋供应。有的工厂事(shì)先将膨润土或粘土与煤粉(fěn)按(àn)比例制(zhì)成粘土—煤粉粉浆,使粘土充分吸(xī)水膨胀(zhàng),混砂时与原砂一起加入到混(hún)砂机里混合均匀。这种做法可简化(huà)混砂操作,便于运(yùn)输(shū),改善劳动条(tiáo)件(jiàn),提高型砂质量。但(dàn)必须(xū)严格控制粉浆的(de)含水量,否则会影响型砂性能。 (3)       附加物 煤粉、硼配、氟化物(wù)和硫黄等附加物都必须粉碎(suì)、过筛后再使用。 (4)       旧砂 为(wéi)了(le)节省造型材(cái)料,降低铸(zhù)件成本,旧砂应回用。旧砂在(zài)型砂所占(zhàn)比例很大,它对(duì)型砂的成分及性(xìng)能有着很大(dà)的影响。旧(jiù)砂中常混有各种杂物,如钉子、铁(tiě)块和砂(shā)团等,在回(huí)用前必须进行处理,包括将砂块(kuài)粉碎,用电磁分(fèn)离(lí)器除(chú)去其(qí)中的铁(tiě)质杂物然后过筛,必要(yào)时进行冷却。 在机械化程度高(gāo)的铸造车(chē)间,型砂需求量大,周转(zhuǎn)速(sù)度(dù)很快,往往旧砂的温度还比(bǐ)较高,有的回(huí)用砂温度高(gāo)达60摄氏度(dù)以上,如果(guǒ)采(cǎi)用这种型(xíng)砂造(zào)型,容易粘附模样(yàng)、芯盒及(jí)砂(shā)斗。由(yóu)于型砂温度过高,会使水分蒸发太快,使型砂性能不稳定,同时影(yǐng)响铸件表面质量(liàng),影响造型劳动生(shēng)产率。因此必须在铸件落砂、旧(jiù)砂过筛、运输(shū)和混(hún)砂过程中加强通风冷却,降低(dī)型砂温度。 (5)       混砂(shā) 混砂的(de)任务是(shì)将(jiāng)各种(zhǒng)原材料(liào)混合(hé)均匀,使(shǐ)粘结剂(jì)包覆在砂粒表面(miàn)上,混砂(shā)的质(zhì)量主要取决于混砂(shā)工艺和(hé)混砂(shā)机的(de)形式。 一、混砂机的形式。生产中(zhōng)常用的(de)混砂设备有辗轮式、摆轮式和叶片式混砂机(jī)。辗轮式(shì)混砂机除有搅拌作用外,还有辗压搓揉作用,型(xíng)砂的质量较好,但生产效率较低,主要用(yòng)来(lái)混制面砂和单一砂。摆式混砂机的生产效(xiào)率比(bǐ)辗轮(lún)式高几倍(bèi),且可边混砂边(biān)鼓风(fēng)冷却,并(bìng)有一定(dìng)的搓揉作用(yòng),但型砂质量不如辗轮式(shì)混(hún)砂好(hǎo),主要(yào)用(yòng)于机械化程度高、生产量大的铸造车间混制单(dān)一砂及背砂。叶片式混砂机是一种连续作业式的设(shè)备,各种(zhǒng)原是否(fǒu)无误混砂机的一端进(jìn)入(rù),混好的(de)型(xíng)砂从混砂(shā)机的另一端出来,生(shēng)产效率高(gāo)。叶片式混砂机有混合(hé)作(zuò)用(yòng),但搓揉(róu)作用(yòng)很差,主要用于混制(zhì)背(bèi)砂(shā)和(hé)粘土含量低的单一(yī)砂。 二、加(jiā)料(liào)顺序与混砂时间。混制粘土型砂的(de)加(jiā)顺序一般是先(xiān)加回用(yòng)砂、原砂、粘土粉(fěn)和附加物等干(gàn)料,干混均匀后再加(jiā)水湿混,均匀(yún)后(hòu)即(jí)可使用(yòng)。如果型砂中含有渣油(yóu)液(yè)以及其(qí)他液态(tài)粘结剂,则应先(xiān)加(jiā)水将型砂(shā)混合均匀后再加入油类粘(zhān)结(jié)剂。这种先加(jiā)干(gàn)粉后(hòu)加水的混砂加料顺序存在的(de)缺点是(shì),在混砂(shā)机(jī)的(de)辗盘(pán)边缘遗留一些粉料,这些粉料(liào)吸水后(hòu)粘附在混砂机壁上,直到混(hún)辗(niǎn)后期或(huò)卸(xiè)砂时(shí)才脱落下来,使型砂里(lǐ)含(hán)有混合不均(jun1)匀的粘土或煤粉团块,恶化了(le)型砂性能(néng)。同(tóng)时干(gàn)混时粉尘飞扬,劳动条件差。因(yīn)此,有的工(gōng)厂采用先在回(huí)用砂(shā)里(lǐ)加水混合,然(rán)后加粘土及煤粉混合均(jun1)匀,zui后再加少(shǎo)量水分调节到所需要的含水(shuǐ)量的混砂工艺(yì)。试验结果表明,后面这种加料顺序可缩短混砂时间,提高型砂(shā)质(zhì)量,改善劳动条件。 为了使(shǐ)各种原材料混合均匀,混砂时间不能太短,否则影(yǐng)响(xiǎng)型砂性能(néng),但混砂时(shí)间也(yě)不宜过长。否则将使(shǐ)型砂(shā)温度升(shēng)高(gāo),水分过(guò)多(duō)挥发,型(xíng)砂结成块状,性能变坏(huài)且生产效率低。混砂(shā)时间主要根据混砂(shā)机的形式、粘土含(hán)量、对型砂性能要求等(děng)来决定。一般来说,粘土含量(liàng)越(yuè)多,对型砂(shā)质量要(yào)求越高,混砂时(shí)间越长。采用辗轮式混砂机混制面砂时,混砂(shā)时间一般为6—12分钟,北砂为3—6分钟,单一砂为4—8分钟。 (6)       调匀 型砂的(de)调匀(yún)又(yòu)称回性、渗匀,是指(zhǐ)将混好的型砂在不失去水分的条件下放置一段时(shí)间,使水(shuǐ)分均匀渗透到型砂中,让粘土充分吸(xī)水膨胀,以提高型(xíng)砂的强度和(hé)透气性等性能。调匀时间主要根据粘土种类及加入(rù)量(liàng)而定。型砂中粘土含量越多,原砂(shā)的颗粒越细,调(diào)匀时间越长(zhǎng)。调匀时间应适当,否则(zé)型砂性能难(nán)以(yǐ)满足要注。单一砂一般为2—3小(xiǎo)时,面砂为4—5小时。机械化铸(zhù)造(zào)厂间(jiān)型砂调匀是(shì)在(zài)型砂(shā)调匀斗里进行,非机械(xiè)化的手工造型车间是将混好(hǎo)的型砂堆放在(zài)轩间地(dì)面上,并用湿麻袋覆盖(gài)进行调匀。 型砂经混辗和调匀后(hòu)会被压(yā)实,有(yǒu)的(de)被压成团块。如果采用(yòng)这种(zhǒng)型砂直接造型,型砂(shā)的坚实度不均匀(yún),透气性(xìng)等性能差。因(yīn)此,调匀后(hòu)的型砂(shā)必须经松砂或过筛才能使用。在机械化的铸(zhù)造车间一般采用圆棒式或叶片式松砂机进(jìn)行松(sōng)砂处理。在百机械化的手工(gōng)造型车(chē)间,常(cháng)用移动(dòng)式松砂机或用筛孔为(wéi)5—8毫米的(de)筛子过筛(shāi)。

    覆膜砂铸造工艺(yì)过程要点

    覆膜砂(shā)铸造在(zài)铸(zhù)造(zào)领域(yù)已有相(xiàng)当长(zhǎng)的历史,铸件(jiàn)的产(chǎn)量也(yě)相当大;但(dàn)采用(yòng)覆(fù)膜砂铸造生产精密铸钢件时面(miàn)临很多难题:粘砂(结疤)、冷隔、气孔。如何解决(jué)这些问题有(yǒu)待于我(wǒ)们(men)去进一步探(tàn)讨。 一(yī)、对(duì)覆膜砂的认识与了解(覆膜砂属于有机粘结剂(jì)型、芯(xīn)砂) (1)覆膜砂(shā)的特点:具有适宜的强度性能(néng);流动性好,制出的砂型(xíng)、砂芯轮廓清晰,组(zǔ)织致密(mì),能够(gòu)制造出复杂的砂芯;砂型(芯)表面质量(liàng)好,表面粗(cū)糙度(dù)可达Ra=6.3~12.5μm,尺寸精(jīng)度可达CT7~CT9级;溃散性好,铸件容易清理。 (2)适用(yòng)范围(wéi):覆膜砂既(jì)可(kě)制作铸型又可制作砂(shā)芯,覆膜砂的型或(huò)芯既可(kě)互相配(pèi)合使用又可与其它砂型(芯)配(pèi)合使用(yòng);不仅可以用(yòng)于金(jīn)属型重(chóng)力铸造(zào)或低(dī)压铸造,也可以用(yòng)于(yú)铁型(xíng)覆砂铸造(zào),还可以(yǐ)用于热法离心铸造;不仅可以用于铸(zhù)铁(tiě)、非铁合金铸件的生产,还可以(yǐ)用于铸钢(gāng)件的生产。 二、覆膜砂的制备 1.覆膜(mó)砂组成 一般由耐火材料(liào)、粘(zhān)结剂、固化(huà)剂、润滑剂及特殊(shū)添加剂组成。 (1)耐火材料是构成(chéng)覆膜砂的主体。对(duì)耐火材料的要求是:耐火度高、挥发(fā)物少、颗粒较圆整(zhěng)、坚实等。一(yī)般选(xuǎn)用天然擦(cā)洗硅砂。对(duì)硅砂的要求是:SiO2含(hán)量高(gāo)(铸铁及非(fēi)铁合金铸(zhù)件要求大于90%,铸钢件要求大于97%);含(hán)泥(ní)量不(bú)大于0.3%(为擦洗砂)--[水洗(xǐ)砂含泥量规定小于;粒度(dù)①分(fèn)布在相邻3~5个筛号上;粒形圆整,角形因素应不大于1.3;酸耗(hào)值不小于5ml。 (2)粘结剂普遍采用酚醛树脂。 (3)固化剂通常采用乌洛托(tuō)品;润滑剂一般采(cǎi)用(yòng)硬(yìng)脂(zhī)酸钙,其作(zuò)用是防止覆膜砂结块,增加流动性。添加剂的主要作用是改(gǎi)善(shàn)覆(fù)膜砂的(de)性能。 (4)覆膜砂的(de)基本配(pèi)比 成分 配(pèi)比(bǐ)(质量分(fèn)数,%)说明:原砂 100 擦洗砂, 酚(fēn)醛树脂 1.0~3.0 占原砂重 ,乌洛托品(pǐn)(水溶(róng)液2)10~15 占(zhàn)树(shù)脂重,硬(yìng)脂(zhī)酸钙 5~7 占树(shù)脂重,添加(jiā)剂 0.1~0.5 占原(yuán)砂重。1:2)10~15 占树脂重(chóng),硬脂酸(suān)钙 5~7 占树(shù)脂重(chóng),添加剂 0.1~0.5 占(zhàn)原砂重。 2.覆膜砂的生产工艺  覆膜砂的制备工(gōng)艺主要有冷法覆膜(mó)、温(wēn)法(fǎ)覆膜、热法覆(fù)膜三(sān)种(zhǒng),目前覆膜砂的生产几(jǐ)乎(hū)都是采用热覆膜法。热法覆膜工(gōng)艺是先将原砂加热到一定温度,然后(hòu)分别与树脂(zhī)、乌洛托品水溶(róng)液和硬脂酸钙混合搅(jiǎo)拌,经冷(lěng)却破(pò)碎和(hé)筛(shāi)分而成。由(yóu)于配方的差异,混制(zhì)工艺(yì)有所(suǒ)不同(tóng)。目(mù)前国(guó)内覆膜(mó)砂生产线的种类很多,手工加料的半自动生产线约(yuē)有(yǒu)2000~2300条,电脑控制的全自动生产(chǎn)线也(yě)已经(jīng)有将近(jìn)50条,有效提高了生(shēng)产效率和产品(pǐn)稳定性(xìng)。例如xx铸造有限公(gōng)司的自动化可视生产线,其加料时间控制精确到(dào)0.1秒,加热温度(dù)控制精确到1/10℃,并且可以(yǐ)通过视频时时观察混砂状态,生产效率达到6吨(dūn)/小时。 3.覆膜砂的(de)主要产(chǎn)品类(lèi)型  (1)  普通类覆膜砂   普通覆膜砂即传统覆膜(mó)砂(shā),其组成通常(cháng)由石英砂,热塑性酚醛(quán)树脂,乌(wū)洛托(tuō)品和硬脂(zhī)酸钙构成,不加(jiā)有关(guān)添加(jiā)剂,其树脂加入量通常在一定强度要求下(xià)相对较(jiào)高(gāo),不具备耐高(gāo)温,低膨胀(zhàng)、低(dī)发气等特性(xìng),适用于要求不高的铸件生产 (2)  高强(qiáng)度低发气类覆膜(mó)砂    特点(diǎn):高强度、低膨(péng)胀、低发(fā)气、慢发气(qì)、抗氧(yǎng)化  简介:高强度(dù)低发气覆膜砂是(shì)普通覆膜砂的更新换代(dài)产(chǎn)品,通过加入有关特性的“添加(jiā)剂”和(hé)采用新的配制工艺(yì),使树脂用量大幅度下降,其强度比普通覆膜砂高30%以(yǐ)上(shàng),发气(qì)量显著降低,并能延缓发气速度,能更好地(dì)适应(yīng)铸(zhù)件生产的需(xū)要。该类覆膜砂主要适用于铸铁件中,中(zhōng)小铸钢、合金铸钢(gāng)件的生产。目前该类覆膜砂有三个系列:GD-1高强度低(dī)发气覆(fù)膜(mó)砂;GD-2高强度低膨胀低发气覆(fù)膜砂;GD-3高强度低膨胀(zhàng)低发气抗氧化覆膜。 (3)  耐(nài)高温(类)覆膜砂(shā)(ND型(xíng))  特点:耐(nài)高温、高强度(dù)、低膨(péng)胀、低发气、慢发气(qì)、易溃散(sàn)、抗氧化 简介:耐高温覆膜砂是(shì)通过特殊工艺配方(fāng)技术(shù)生产出的(de)具有优异高温性(xìng)能(néng)(高温(wēn)下强度高、耐热时间长、热膨胀(zhàng)量小(xiǎo)、发(fā)气(qì)量(liàng)低)和综合铸(zhù)造性能的(de)新型覆膜(mó)砂。该类覆膜砂特别适(shì)用于复(fù)杂薄壁精密的铸铁件(如汽车(chē)发动机缸体、缸盖(gài)等)以(yǐ)及高要求(qiú)的铸钢件(如集装(zhuāng)箱(xiāng)角和火车刹车缓(huǎn);中器壳件等)的生产,可有效消除粘砂、变形、热裂和气孔等铸造缺陷。目(mù)前(qián)该(gāi)覆膜(mó)砂有(yǒu)四个系列:VND-1耐高(gāo)温覆膜砂. ND-2耐高(gāo)温低膨胀低发气覆膜砂 ND-3耐高温低膨胀低发气(qì)抗氧化覆膜砂 ND-4耐高温高强底(dǐ)低膨胀低发(fā)气(qì)覆(fù)膜 (4)  易溃散类覆膜砂  具(jù)有较好的强度(dù),同时具有优异的低温溃散性(xìng)能(néng),适用于生产有色(sè)金属铸件。 (5)  其它特殊要求覆膜砂  为适应不同产品的需要(yào),开发出(chū)了系(xì)列特种覆膜(mó)砂如:离心铸造用覆膜砂、激冷覆(fù)膜(mó)砂、湿态覆膜砂、防粘砂、防脉纹、防(fáng)橘皮(pí)覆膜砂(shā)等。  三、覆(fù)膜砂制(zhì)芯主要工艺过(guò)程 加(jiā)热温度200-300℃、固(gù)化时间(jiān)30-150s、射砂压力(lì)0.15-0.60MPa。形状简(jiǎn)单的砂芯、流动性(xìng)好的覆膜砂可选用(yòng)较低的射砂压力,细(xì)薄(báo)砂芯选择较低的加热温度(dù),加热温度低时可适当延长固化时间等。覆膜砂所使(shǐ)用的树脂是酚醛类树(shù)脂(zhī)。制芯工艺的优点:具有适宜的强(qiáng)度性能(néng);流动性好;砂芯表面质量好(hǎo)(Ra=6.3-12.5μm);砂芯抗吸湿性强(qiáng);溃散性好,铸件容易清理。 1、铸(zhù)型(模具)温度 铸型温度是影响壳层厚(hòu)度及强度的主要因素之一,一(yī)般控制(zhì)在220~260℃,并根(gēn)据下列原则选定:     (1)保证覆膜砂上的树(shù)脂软化(huà)及固化所需的(de)足够热量;      (2)保证形成需要的壳厚且壳型(芯)表面不(bú)焦化;       (3)尽(jìn)量缩短结壳及硬(yìng)化时间,以提高生产率。 2、射砂压力(lì)及时(shí)间 射砂(shā)时间一般控制在(zài)3~10s,时(shí)间(jiān)过短则砂型(芯)不能成型。射砂(shā)压力一般为0.6MPa左右;压力过(guò)低时,易造成射不足或疏松现象。3、硬化时间:硬化时间的长短主要取决(jué)于砂型(芯)的厚度与铸型的温度,一般在60~120s左右。时间过短,壳(ké)层(céng)未完全固化则强度低;时间过长,砂(shā)型(芯)表面层易烧焦(jiāo)影响铸件质量。覆(fù)膜砂造型(芯)工艺参数实例:序号图号 壳厚(㎜) 重量(㎏) 铸型温度(℃) 射砂时间(jiān)(s)硬化时(shí)间(s) 1 (导向套)DN80-05 8~10 2.5~2.6220~240 2~3 60~80 2 (阀体)DN05-01 10~123.75~3.8 240~260 3~5 80~100 四、覆(fù)膜(mó)砂应用(yòng)中存在(zài)的问题及解决对策 制芯的方法种(zhǒng)类很多,总(zǒng)的(de)可以划分为热(rè)固(gù)性方法和(hé)冷固性方法两大类,覆(fù)膜砂制芯属于热固性方法类。任何(hé)一种制(zhì)芯方法都有其自身的(de)优点和(hé)缺点,这主要取决于(yú)产品的质量要求、复(fù)杂程度、生产批量、生产成本、产品价(jià)格等综合因(yīn)素(sù)来决定采(cǎi)用(yòng)何种制芯方法。对铸件内腔表面质量(liàng)要求高,尺寸精度(dù)要(yào)求高、形状复(fù)杂的砂芯采用覆膜砂制芯(xīn)是非常有效的。例(lì)如:轿车发动机气缸盖的进排气道砂芯、水道砂芯、油(yóu)道(dào)砂芯(xīn),气缸(gāng)体(tǐ)的水道砂芯(xīn)、油道砂芯,进气岐(qí)管(guǎn)、排气岐管(guǎn)的壳芯砂芯,液压(yā)阀的流道砂芯(xīn),汽车(chē)涡(wō)轮增(zēng)压(yā)器气道砂(shā)芯等等。但是在覆膜砂(shā)使用中还常(cháng)遇到一些(xiē)问(wèn)题,这里仅就工作(zuò)中的体会略(luè)谈一二。 1、覆膜砂的强度和发气量的(de)确(què)定方法 在(zài)原砂质(zhì)量和树脂质量一(yī)定的前提下,影响覆膜(mó)砂强度(dù)的关键(jiàn)因素主要取于酚醛树脂的加入量。酚(fēn)醛树脂(zhī)加入(rù)量(liàng)多,则强度就提高,但(dàn)发(fā)气量也增(zēng)加,溃散性就降低。因此在生产应用中一(yī)定要控制覆膜砂的强度来减少发气量,提高溃散性,在强度标准的制(zhì)订(dìng)时定要找到(dào)一个(gè)平衡点。这个平衡点就是保证砂芯(xīn)的(de)表面质量及在浇注时(shí)不产生(shēng)变形、不产(chǎn)生断(duàn)芯前提下的强度。这样才(cái)能保证铸(zhù)件的(de)表面(miàn)质量和尺寸精度,又可以减少发(fā)气(qì)量,减少(shǎo)铸造(zào)件(jiàn)气孔缺陷(xiàn),提高砂芯的出砂(shā)性能。对(duì)砂芯存放(fàng),搬运过程中可(kě)以采用工位器具、砂芯小(xiǎo)车,并在其上面铺有10mm~15mm厚的海绵,这样可以减少砂(shā)芯的损(sǔn)耗率。 2、覆膜砂砂芯的存放期 任何砂芯(xīn)都会吸湿,特别(bié)是(shì)南方地区空气相(xiàng)对(duì)湿度大,必须对砂芯存放期(qī)在工艺(yì)文件上加以规定,利用精益生(shēng)产先进先出的(de)生产方式减少砂(shā)芯的存放量和存放周期。各企业(yè)应(yīng)结合自己的(de)厂房条件(jiàn)和当地的气(qì)候条(tiáo)件来(lái)确定(dìng)砂芯的存放周期(qī)。 3、控制好覆膜砂(shā)的供货质量 覆膜砂进(jìn)厂时(shí)必(bì)须附有供(gòng)应(yīng)商的质量保证资料,并且企业根据抽样标准进(jìn)行检查,检查合格后方(fāng)可入库。企业取样检测不(bú)合格时由(yóu)质保(bǎo)和技术部门(mén)做出处理结果,是(shì)让步接受或向供应(yīng)商退货。 4、合格的覆膜砂(shā)在制芯(xīn)时发(fā)现砂芯(xīn)断裂变形 制芯时砂(shā)芯的断裂变形通常会认为覆膜砂强度低造成的。实际(jì)上砂(shā)芯断裂和变形(xíng)会涉(shè)及到许多生产过程。出现(xiàn)不正常(cháng)情况,必须要查到(dào)真(zhēn)正的原因(yīn)才能(néng)彻底解决(jué)。具(jù)体原因如下: (1)制(zhì)芯时模具(jù)的温度和留模时间,关系到砂芯结(jié)壳硬化厚(hòu)度是否满足工艺要求。工艺上所(suǒ)规定的工艺参数都(dōu)需要有一(yī)个范围,这(zhè)个范围需靠操(cāo)作人员(yuán)的技能来(lái)进行调整(zhěng)。在模具温度上限时留(liú)模(mó)时间可(kě)以取下限,模具(jù)温度(dù)在下(xià)限时留模时间(jiān)取上限。对操作人员需要不断(duàn)地(dì)培(péi)训(xùn)提(tí)高操作技能。 (2)制芯时(shí)在模具上会粘有(yǒu)酚醛树脂和砂粒,必须进行及时清理并喷上(shàng)脱模剂,否则会越积越多开(kāi)模时会(huì)把砂芯拉断或变(biàn)形。 (3)热芯盒模具静模上的弹簧顶杆,由于(yú)长期(qī)在高(gāo)温状态下工作会产生弹性失效而造(zào)成砂芯(xīn)断裂或变形。必须及时更换弹簧。 (4)动模和静模不平行或不在(zài)同一中心线上(shàng),合模时在油缸或(huò)气缸的压(yā)力作用下(xià),定位(wèi)销前端有(yǒu)一段斜度,模具还是会合紧,但在开模时动(dòng)模和静模仍会恢复(fù)到原始(shǐ)状(zhuàng)态(tài)使砂芯断裂(liè)或变形。在这种情况下射砂时会跑砂,砂芯(xīn)的尺寸会变大。解决对策是及时调整模(mó)具的平行度和同轴(zhóu)度。 (5)在壳芯机上生产空(kōng)心(xīn)砂芯时,从砂芯中倒出尚未硬化的(de)覆膜砂需要重(chóng)新使(shǐ)用时,必须进行过筛并未用过的覆膜砂按3:7比例混(hún)合后使用,这样才能(néng)保证壳芯砂芯的表面质量和砂芯强度。

    什么叫淬火(huǒ)? 钢的淬火是将钢加(jiā)热到临界温度Ac3(亚共析钢)或Ac1(过共析钢)以上温(wēn)度,保温一段时间,使之全部或部分(fèn)奥氏体化,然(rán)后以大于临界冷(lěng)却速度的(de)冷速快冷到Ms以(yǐ)下(或Ms附近等温)进行马氏体(或(huò)贝氏体)转变的热处理工艺。通常也将铝合金、铜合金、钛合金、钢化玻璃等材料的固溶处(chù)理或带(dài)有快速冷却过(guò)程(chéng)的热处理(lǐ)工艺称为淬火。 淬火的目的(de): 1)提高(gāo)金属成材或(huò)零(líng)件的机械性能。例如:提高工(gōng)具、轴承等的(de)硬度和耐磨性,提高弹簧的弹性(xìng)极限(xiàn),提高轴(zhóu)类零件的综合(hé)机械性能等。 2)改善某些特殊钢的材(cái)料性能或化学(xué)性能。如提高不锈钢的耐(nài)蚀性,增加(jiā)磁钢的永磁(cí)性等。 淬火冷却时,除需合理选用(yòng)淬火介质(zhì)外,还要有正(zhèng)确的淬火方法,常用的淬火方法,主要(yào)有单液(yè)淬火,双液(yè)淬(cuì)火,分级(jí)淬火、等温淬火,局部淬火等。 钢铁工件在淬火后具有以下特点: ① 得(dé)到了马氏体、贝氏(shì)体、残余奥氏体等不平衡(即不稳定)组(zǔ)织。 ② 存在较(jiào)大内应力。 ③ 力学性能(néng)不能满足要(yào)求。因此,钢铁工件(jiàn)淬火后一般都要(yào)经过回火(huǒ) 什(shí)么叫回(huí)火? 回火是将淬火后的金属(shǔ)成材(cái)或零件加热到某一温(wēn)度,保温(wēn)一定时间后,以一定方式(shì)冷却的热处(chù)理工艺,回火是淬(cuì)火后紧接着(zhe)进行(háng)的一种操作,通常也是工件进(jìn)行热处理的zui后(hòu)一道工序,因而把(bǎ)淬火(huǒ)和回火的(de)联合工艺称为zui终处理。淬火与回火的(de)主要目(mù)的是: 1)减少内应力和降(jiàng)低脆性,淬火件(jiàn)存(cún)在着很大的应力和脆性,如(rú)没有(yǒu)及时回火往往会产生变形甚至(zhì)开裂(liè)。 2)调整(zhěng)工件的(de)机械性(xìng)能,工件淬火后,硬度(dù)高,脆性(xìng)大,为了满足各种工件不同(tóng)的性能要(yào)求(qiú),可以通过回(huí)火来调整(zhěng),硬(yìng)度(dù),强度,塑性和韧性。 3)稳定(dìng)工件(jiàn)尺(chǐ)寸。通过回火可使金相组织趋于稳(wěn)定,以保证在以(yǐ)后(hòu)的使用过程中不再发生变(biàn)形。 4)改善某些合金钢(gāng)的切削(xuē)性(xìng)能。 回火的作用在于(yú): ① 提高组(zǔ)织稳定性,使工(gōng)件在使用过程中不再发生组织转变,从而使(shǐ)工件几何尺寸和性能保(bǎo)持稳定。 ② 消除内应力,以便改善工件的使用性能(néng)并稳定工件几(jǐ)何尺寸。 ③ 调整钢铁的力学性能以满足使用要求。 回火之所以具有这些作(zuò)用,是因为温度升高时,原子活(huó)动能力增(zēng)强,钢(gāng)铁中的铁、碳和其他合金元素的原子可以较快地进行扩散,实现原子的重新排列组合,从而使(shǐ)不(bú)稳(wěn)定(dìng)的不平衡组织逐步转变(biàn)为稳定的平(píng)衡组织。内应(yīng)力的消除还(hái)与(yǔ)温度升高时金属强度降低有关。一般(bān)钢铁回火时,硬度和强度下降,塑性提(tí)高(gāo)。回火(huǒ)温度越(yuè)高,这些力学性能的(de)变化(huà)越(yuè)大。有(yǒu)些合金元素含量较高的合金钢,在某一温(wēn)度范围(wéi)回火时,会析出一些颗粒细小的(de)金属(shǔ)化合物,使(shǐ)强度和(hé)硬度(dù)上升。这(zhè)种现象称为二次(cì)硬化。 回(huí)火(huǒ)要(yào)求(qiú):用途不同的工(gōng)件应在不同温度下回火(huǒ),以满足(zú)使用(yòng)中的要求。 ① 刀(dāo)具、轴(zhóu)承、渗碳(tàn)淬火零件、表面淬火零件(jiàn)通常在250℃以下(xià)进行低(dī)温回火。低温回火后硬度变化不大,内应力减小(xiǎo),韧性稍(shāo)有提高。 ② 弹簧在350~500℃下中温(wēn)回火,可获得较高的弹性和必要的韧(rèn)性。 ③ 中碳结构钢(gāng)制作的零(líng)件通常在500~600℃进行高(gāo)温(wēn)回火,以获得适(shì)宜的(de)强度与韧性(xìng)的良(liáng)好配合。 钢在300℃左右(yòu)回火时,常使其脆性增大(dà),这种现(xiàn)象称(chēng)为首(shǒu)类回火(huǒ)脆性。一(yī)般不(bú)应在(zài)这个温度区(qū)间(jiān)回火。某些(xiē)中碳合金结构钢(gāng)在高温回(huí)火(huǒ)后,如果缓慢冷至室温,也易于变脆。这(zhè)种现象(xiàng)称为第二类回火脆(cuì)性。在(zài)钢中加入钼,或回火时在油或水(shuǐ)中(zhōng)冷却,都可(kě)以防止第二类(lèi)回火脆性。将第二类回火(huǒ)脆性的钢重新(xīn)加热至原来的回火温度,便(biàn)可以消除(chú)这(zhè)种脆性。 在生(shēng)产中,常根据对工(gōng)件性能的要求。按加热温度的不同(tóng),把(bǎ)回火分为低(dī)温回火,中温回火(huǒ),和高温回火。淬火和随后(hòu)的高温回火相结(jié)合的热(rè)处(chù)理工(gōng)艺称为调(diào)质,即(jí)在具有(yǒu)高度强度的同时,又有(yǒu)好的塑性韧性(xìng)。 1、低温回火:150-250℃ ,M回,减少内应力(lì)和脆性,提(tí)高塑(sù)韧性,有较高的硬度和耐(nài)磨性。用于制作(zuò)量具、刀具和滚动轴承(chéng)等。 2、中温(wēn)回火:350-500℃ ,T回(huí),具有较高(gāo)的弹性,有一定的塑性和(hé)硬度。用于制作弹(dàn)簧、锻模等。 3、高温回火:500-650℃ ,S回(huí),具有良好(hǎo)的综(zōng)合力(lì)学性能。用于制(zhì)作齿轮、曲轴(zhóu)等。 什么是正火? 正火是—种(zhǒng)改善钢材(cái)韧性(xìng)的热处理(lǐ)。将钢构件加热到(dào)Ac3温度以上30〜50℃后,保温(wēn)一段时间出(chū)炉空冷(lěng)。主要特(tè)点(diǎn)是冷却速度快于退火而低于(yú)淬(cuì)火,正火(huǒ)时可在稍快的冷却中使钢材(cái)的结晶晶粒细(xì)化(huà),不但可得到满意的强度(dù),而且可以明(míng)显提高韧性(AKV值(zhí)),降(jiàng)低构件(jiàn)的开裂倾向。—些低(dī)合金热轧钢板、低合(hé)金钢锻件与铸造件经(jīng)正火处理后,材料的综(zōng)合力学性能可以大大改善(shàn),而且也改善了切削性能。 正火有以下(xià)目的和(hé)用(yòng)途: ① 对亚共(gòng)析钢(gāng),正火用(yòng)以消除(chú)铸、锻、焊件的过热粗(cū)晶组织和魏氏组织,轧材中的带(dài)状(zhuàng)组织;细化(huà)晶粒;并可(kě)作为淬火前的预先(xiān)热(rè)处理。 ② 对(duì)过共析钢,正火可以消除(chú)网状二次渗碳体,并使珠光体(tǐ)细化,不但改善机械性能(néng),而且有(yǒu)利于以后的(de)球(qiú)化退火。 ③ 对低碳深冲薄钢(gāng)板,正火可(kě)以消(xiāo)除晶界的游离渗碳体(tǐ),以改善(shàn)其深冲性能。 ④ 对低碳钢和低碳低合金钢,采用正火,可得到较多的细片状珠光体组织,使硬度增高到HB140-190,避(bì)免(miǎn)切(qiē)削时的“粘(zhān)刀”现象,改(gǎi)善切削加工性。对中碳钢,在既可用正火又可用退火的(de)场(chǎng)合下,用正火更为经济和方(fāng)便。 ⑤ 对普通中碳结(jié)构钢,在力学性(xìng)能(néng)要求不(bú)高的场合下,可用正火代替淬火加高温(wēn)回(huí)火,不仅操作简便,而且使钢材的(de)组织和尺寸稳定。 ⑥ 高温正火(huǒ)(Ac3以上(shàng)150~200℃)由于高温下(xià)扩散速度较高(gāo),可以减(jiǎn)少铸件和锻件(jiàn)的(de)成(chéng)分偏析。高温正火后的粗(cū)大晶粒可通过随后第二次较低温度(dù)的正火予以细(xì)化。 ⑦ 对某些用于汽轮机和锅炉的低、中(zhōng)碳合金钢,常采用正火以获得贝氏体组织,再经高温回火,用于400~550℃时(shí)具(jù)有良好的抗蠕变能力(lì)。 ⑧ 除钢件和钢材(cái)以外,正火还广泛用于球墨铸铁热处理,使其获得珠光体基体(tǐ),提高球(qiú)墨(mò)铸(zhù)铁的强度。 由于正火的特点是(shì)空气(qì)冷却,因而环境(jìng)气温、堆放方式、气流及工件尺(chǐ)寸对正火后(hòu)的(de)组织和性(xìng)能均有影响。正火组织还可作为合金钢的一种分类方法。通常根(gēn)据直径为(wéi)25毫米的试样(yàng)加(jiā)热到(dào)900℃后,空(kōng)冷得到的组织,将合金钢分为珠光体钢、贝(bèi)氏体钢、马氏体钢(gāng)和奥(ào)氏体钢。 什么是退(tuì)火? 退火是将(jiāng)金属缓慢加热到一定温度,保持足够时间,然后(hòu)以(yǐ)适(shì)宜速度(dù)冷却的一种金属热处理工艺。退火热处理分(fèn)为完全退火,不(bú)完全(quán)退火和去应力退火。退(tuì)火(huǒ)材料的力学性能(néng)可以用拉伸试验来检测,也(yě)可以用(yòng)硬度(dù)试验来检测。许多(duō)钢材都是以退火热处理状态供货的,钢材硬度检测可(kě)以采用洛氏(shì)硬(yìng)度计,测试(shì)HRB硬度,对于较薄(báo)的钢板、钢带以及薄壁钢管,可以采用表面洛氏硬度计,检测HRT硬度。 退火的目(mù)的在于(yú): ① 改善或(huò)消除钢铁在铸造、锻压(yā)、轧制和(hé)焊接过程中所造成的各种组织缺(quē)陷以及残余应力,防止工件变形、开(kāi)裂。 ② 软化工件以便进行切削加工。 ③ 细(xì)化晶粒,改善组织以提高工件的机械性能。 ④ 为zui终热处理(淬火、回火)作好组(zǔ)织(zhī)准(zhǔn)备。 常用的退火工艺有: ① 完全(quán)退火。用以细化中、低碳钢经铸造、锻压和焊接后出现的力学性(xìng)能(néng)不(bú)佳的粗大过热组织。将工件加热到铁(tiě)素体全(quán)部(bù)转(zhuǎn)变为奥氏体的温度以上30~50℃,保温(wēn)一段时(shí)间,然后随炉(lú)缓慢冷却(què),在冷(lěng)却过(guò)程中奥氏体再(zài)次发(fā)生转变,即可(kě)使钢的(de)组织变细(xì)。 ② 球化(huà)退火。用以降低工具钢和(hé)轴承钢锻(duàn)压后的偏高硬度。将工(gōng)件加热(rè)到钢开始形成奥(ào)氏体的温度以(yǐ)上20~40℃,保温后(hòu)缓慢冷却,在冷却过程中(zhōng)珠光体中的片层状渗(shèn)碳体变为球状,从(cóng)而降(jiàng)低了(le)硬度。 ③ 等温退火(huǒ)。用以降低(dī)某些镍、铬(gè)含量较高(gāo)的合金结构钢的高(gāo)硬度,以进(jìn)行(háng)切削(xuē)加工。一般(bān)先以较快速度冷却到奥氏体zui不稳定的温度,保温适(shì)当时间(jiān),奥氏体转变为托氏体或索氏体,硬度(dù)即可降(jiàng)低。 ④ 再结晶退火。用以消除金属线材、薄板在冷拔、冷(lěng)轧过程中的硬化(huà)现象(xiàng)(硬度(dù)升高、塑性下降)。加热温度一般为钢(gāng)开始(shǐ)形成(chéng)奥氏体(tǐ)的温度以(yǐ)下(xià)50~150℃ ,只有这(zhè)样才能(néng)消除加工硬化效应(yīng)使(shǐ)金属软化。 ⑤ 石墨化退火。用以使含有大量(liàng)渗碳体的铸铁变成塑性良好的可锻铸铁。工艺操作是将铸件加热(rè)到950℃左右,保温一定时间后适当冷却,使(shǐ)渗碳体(tǐ)分解形成团絮状石墨。 ⑥ 扩散退火。用以使合(hé)金铸(zhù)件(jiàn)化学成分均(jun1)匀化,提高其(qí)使用性能。方法是在不发(fā)生熔(róng)化(huà)的前提下,将铸(zhù)件加热到尽可(kě)能高的温度,并长时间保温,待合(hé)金中各种(zhǒng)元(yuán)素扩(kuò)散趋(qū)于均匀分布后缓冷。 ⑦ 去应(yīng)力退火。用以消(xiāo)除钢铁(tiě)铸件和焊接件的内应力(lì)。对于钢(gāng)铁(tiě)制品加热后开始形成奥氏(shì)体(tǐ)的温度以下100~200℃,保温后在空气中冷却,即可消除内应力(lì)。

    一、变形的原因 钢的变形主(zhǔ)要原(yuán)因是钢中存在内应力或者外部施(shī)加的应力。内(nèi)应力是因温度分布不(bú)均匀或者(zhě)相变所致,残余(yú)应力也是(shì)原因之一。外应力引起(qǐ)的变形主要是由(yóu)于工(gōng)件自重而造成的“塌陷”,在特殊情况下也应考虑碰撞被(bèi)加热的(de)工件,或者夹持工具夹持所引起的凹陷等。变形包括弹性(xìng)变形(xíng)和塑性(xìng)变形两(liǎng)种。尺寸变化主要(yào)是基于组(zǔ)织转变,故表现(xiàn)出同样的膨胀和收缩,但当工件上有孔穴或者(zhě)复杂(zá)形状工(gōng)件,则将导致附加(jiā)的(de)变形。如果淬火形成(chéng)大量马氏体则发生(shēng)膨胀(zhàng),如果(guǒ)产生大量(liàng)残余奥氏(shì)体则相(xiàng)应的要收(shōu)缩。此(cǐ)外,回火时一般发生(shēng)收缩,而出现(xiàn)二次硬化现象的合金钢则发生(shēng)膨胀(zhàng),如果进(jìn)行深(shēn)冷(lěng)处理,则由于(yú)残余奥氏体(tǐ)的(de)马氏体化而进一步膨胀(zhàng),这(zhè)些(xiē)组织的比容都(dōu)随着含碳量(liàng)的增加而增大,故(gù)含碳量增加也使尺寸变化量增大。 二、淬火变形的主要发生时段 1.加热过(guò)程:工(gōng)件在加热过(guò)程中,由于内应(yīng)力逐渐(jiàn)释放(fàng)而产生变(biàn)形。 2.保(bǎo)温(wēn)过程(chéng):以(yǐ)自重塌陷变形为(wéi)主,即塌(tā)陷弯曲。 3.冷却(què)过程:由于不均匀冷却和组织(zhī)转变而(ér)至变形。 三、加热与变(biàn)形(xíng) 当加热大型(xíng)工件时,存在(zài)残余应力或者加热不均匀,均可产生变形。残(cán)余(yú)应力主要来源于加工过(guò)程。当存在这(zhè)些应力时,由于随(suí)着温度的升高,钢的(de)屈(qū)服强度逐渐下降(jiàng),即使加热(rè)很均匀,很轻微(wēi)的(de)应力也会(huì)导致变形。   一般(bān),工件的外缘部位残余应力较高,当温度的(de)上升从外部(bù)开始(shǐ)进行(háng)时,外缘部位变形较(jiào)大,残余应力引起的变形包括(kuò)弹性(xìng)变形和塑性(xìng)变形两种。   加(jiā)热(rè)时产(chǎn)生(shēng)的热应力(lì)和想(xiǎng)变应(yīng)力(lì)都是导致变形的原因。加热速度(dù)越(yuè)快、工件尺寸越大、截面变化(huà)越(yuè)大,则加热变形越大。热应力取决于温度的不均(jun1)匀分布程度和(hé)温度梯(tī)度(dù),它们都是导(dǎo)致热膨胀发生差异的原因(yīn)。如果热(rè)应力高于(yú)材料的高温屈服点,则引起(qǐ)塑性(xìng)变形,这种塑性变(biàn)形就表现为“变(biàn)形”。   相变应力主要源于相变的不(bú)等(děng)时性,即材(cái)料一部分发生相(xiàng)变,而其它部分还未发生相变时产生的。加热时材料(liào)的组织(zhī)转变成(chéng)奥氏体发生体积收缩时(shí)可出现塑性变形。如果材料的各部分(fèn)同时发生相同(tóng)的组织转变,则不产生应力。为此,缓慢(màn)加热可以(yǐ)适当降低加热变(biàn)形,zui好采用预热。   此外,由于加热中因自(zì)重而出现“塌陷”变形的情况非常(cháng)多,加热温度越高,加热时间越长(zhǎng),“塌陷”现(xiàn)象越(yuè)严重。 四、冷却与变形   冷却(què)不(bú)均(jun1)时将产(chǎn)生热应力导致变(biàn)形发生。因工件的外(wài)缘(yuán)和内部存在(zài)冷却速度差异,该(gāi)热应力是不可避免的,淬火情况下(xià),热应力与组织应力叠加,变形更为复杂。加之组织的不均匀、脱碳等,还会导致相变点出现差异,相变(biàn)的膨胀(zhàng)量也有所(suǒ)不同。   总之,“变形”是相(xiàng)变(biàn)应(yīng)力和热应(yīng)力共(gòng)同所(suǒ)致(zhì),但并非全部应力都消耗在变形(xíng)上(shàng),而是一部(bù)分作为残余应力存在于工件中,这种应力就是导(dǎo)致时效变形和时(shí)效(xiào)裂(liè)纹的原因。 因冷却而(ér)导致(zhì)的变形(xíng)表现为以下几(jǐ)种形式: 1.件急冷初期(qī),急冷的(de)一侧(cè)凹陷,然后转为凸起,结果快(kuài)冷的一(yī)面凸起,这种情况属于热应力引起的变形大于相变引起的(de)变形。 2.由热应力所引起的变形是(shì)钢料趋于球(qiú)形化,而由(yóu)相变应力所引起的变(biàn)形则使之趋于绕线(xiàn)轴状(zhuàng)。因此(cǐ)淬火冷却所致的(de)变形表现为(wéi)两者的结合,按照淬火方式(shì)的(de)不同,表现出不(bú)同(tóng)的变形。 3. 仅对内孔(kǒng)部分淬火时,内孔收缩(suō)。将整个环(huán)形工件加热整体淬火时,其外(wài)径(jìng)总是增大,而(ér)内(nèi)径则根据尺寸(cùn)的不同时涨时缩,一般内(nèi)径大时,内孔涨大,内径小时,内孔收缩(suō) 五、冷处(chù)理(lǐ)与变形   冷处理促进马氏体转变,温(wēn)度较低(dī),产生的变形比(bǐ)淬火冷却要(yào)小,但此(cǐ)时产生的应力较大(dà),由于(yú)残余应(yīng)力(lì)、相变应力(lì)和热应力等的叠加容易导(dǎo)致(zhì)开裂。 六(liù)、回火与变形(xíng)   工件在(zài)回火过(guò)程中由于内应力的(de)均匀(yún)化、减(jiǎn)小甚(shèn)至(zhì)消失,加上组织发生变化,变(biàn)形趋于减小,但同时,一旦(dàn)出现变形,也是很(hěn)难(nán)矫正的(de)。为了(le)矫正这种变(biàn)形(xíng),多采用加压回火或喷丸硬化等方法(fǎ)。 七 、重复(fù)淬火与变形   通常(cháng)情况(kuàng)下,一次淬火后的工件未经(jīng)过中间退火而(ér)进行(háng)重复淬火,将增大变形。重复淬火引起的变形,经(jīng)过重复淬火(huǒ),其变形累加而趋于球(qiú)状,容(róng)易产生龟裂,但形状相对稳(wěn)定了,不再容易产生变形(xíng)了,因此重复淬火(huǒ)前(qián)应增加中间退火,重复淬火次数应小(xiǎo)于(yú)等于2次(不(bú)含初(chū)次淬火(huǒ))。 八、残余(yú)应力与(yǔ)变形   加热过(guò)程中,在450℃左右,钢(gāng)由弹性体转变(biàn)为塑性体,因此(cǐ)很(hěn)容易呈上升(shēng)塑性(xìng)变形(xíng)。同时(shí),残余(yú)应力在(zài)约高于此温度时也将(jiāng)因再结晶(jīng)而消失。因此,快速(sù)加热时,由于工(gōng)件内外部(bù)存在温度差,外部达到450℃变成了塑(sù)性区,受(shòu)而(ér)内部温度较低处存在残余应力作用而发生变形(xíng),冷却后,该(gāi)区域就是出现变形的地方。由于实际生(shēng)产过程中(zhōng),很(hěn)难实(shí)现均匀、缓慢加热,淬火前进(jìn)行消除应力退火是非常重要的,除了通过加热消除应力外,对于大型(xíng)零件(jiàn)采用振动消除应(yīng)力也是有效(xiào)的。

    球墨铸铁(NodularCastIron)是一种具有优良力学(xué)性(xìng)能的(de)金(jīn)属材料,通过在铁液中(zhōng)加入球化剂和孕育剂,让石墨呈球状(zhuàng)形(xíng)核并长大而获得(dé)。20世纪40年代,现代球墨铸(zhù)铁(tiě)由美(měi)国国际锡公司(INCO)青年科研(yán)人员K.D.Millis首先(xiān)研究成功。球墨铸铁(tiě)在力学性能、物理性能、工艺(yì)性能、使用(yòng)性能上(shàng)具(jù)有独特的优(yōu)势,生产(chǎn)工艺简(jiǎn)单,成本低(dī)廉,在机械(xiè)、冶金、矿(kuàng)山、纺织、汽车及船舶等领域(yù)应用广泛。 生产球墨(mò)铸铁(tiě)时夹渣是zui常见的缺陷,其多出现在铸件(jiàn)浇注位置的上平面或(huò)型芯上表面部位(wèi)。夹渣缺陷严重影响铸(zhù)件的力(lì)学性能(néng),特别是韧(rèn)性和屈服强度,导致承(chéng)压(yā)部位发生渗漏。 笔者所在单位(wèi)生产的一种发电设备铸件前期经常出现铸件夹渣缺陷(xiàn)而(ér)报废,针对(duì)此缺陷进行了改进。 1.原(yuán)工艺及缺陷状况 铸件重量为(wéi)4500kg,材料为QT400-18,呋喃树脂自硬砂造型。采用15t/h工(gōng)频电炉熔炼,化学成(chéng)分为:wC=3.5%~3.7%,wS=2.2%~2.7%,wMn=0.3%~0.47%,wP≤0.06%,wS≤0.2%,浇注(zhù)温度为1350~1380℃。浇注系统采用半(bàn)封(fēng)闭式、横浇道在分型面的环形(xíng)底注工艺,内(nèi)浇(jiāo)道为4道φ35mm的陶瓷(cí)管(guǎn),直浇道为φ80mm,横浇道截面(miàn)为:70/80mm×100mm,截面比为:F直:F横:F内(nèi)=1∶2.99∶0.77,工艺方案如图1所示。这样设计出(chū)来的铸件缺陷主要为夹渣,位置在法兰背面和轴承上表面,形状(zhuàng)不规则,无(wú)金属光泽,用渗透液或磁粉检测,有(yǒu)时用肉眼即可发现(xiàn),如图2所示。图1 工艺方案图2 夹渣缺陷(xiàn)分布 2.缺陷原因(yīn)分析 (1)熔炼或球化处(chù)理后,加入的熔剂(jì)和(hé)形成的熔渣在浇注时随金属液一起注入型(xíng)腔。 (2)金属液在浇(jiāo)注过(guò)程中镁、稀土、硅、锰、铁等二次(cì)氧化,产生的金属(shǔ)氧化物和硫化物、游离石(shí)墨等上浮到(dào)铸件上(shàng)表面(miàn)或滞留在铸(zhù)件内的死(sǐ)角和砂芯下表面等处。 原工艺该铸(zhù)件的浇(jiāo)注压头为2.5m,铁液(yè)从浇口(kǒu)杯进(jìn)入浇注系统后,直接由内浇道底返进入(rù)底法兰(lán),进(jìn)流速(sù)度大,约0.7m/s,进(jìn)入型(xíng)腔的(de)铁液紊流严重(chóng),且严重卷(juàn)气,因此铸件表(biǎo)面出(chū)现大量的渣,造成该产(chǎn)品的废品率超过10%。 (3)由于含硫量过高,使金属液含有大量硫化物,浇(jiāo)注后(hòu)在铸件(jiàn)内部形(xíng)成渣。 (4)金(jīn)属液(yè)中(zhōng)各(gè)组元(碳(tàn)、锰、硫、硅(guī)、铝、钛)之间或这些组元(yuán)与氮、氧之间(jiān)发生(shēng)化学反应,其氧化物与炉衬、包衬、砂(shā)型(xíng)壁或涂料之(zhī)间发(fā)生界(jiè)面反应形(xíng)成夹(jiá)渣(zhā)。 3.改进方案 (1)熔炼时(shí)对原材(cái)料进行分拣,保(bǎo)证干燥、清(qīng)洁(jié)、无锈蚀。 (2)提高铁液出炉温度和球化处(chù)理温度,对浇包进行充分烘烤。 (3)金属液在浇包内应(yīng)静置(zhì)一段时间,以利于渣(zhā)上(shàng)浮。 (4)降低(dī)原铁液含硫(liú)量,在保证球化前(qián)提下,尽可能减少球墨铸铁(tiě)的残留镁含量。 (5)浇注系统改进。为保证铁液在充填型腔的过程中平稳、流畅,按大(dà)孔出流理论对浇注系统进行了改进,如图3所示。采用开放(fàng)式浇注系统(tǒng),通过增大进流截面降低进流速度(dù)。铸件(jiàn)整(zhěng)体(tǐ)分散进流,快速充型,保证浇口杯、直浇道及时充满(mǎn)。图3 改(gǎi)进后的浇注系统 该铸件(jiàn)重4500kg,浇(jiāo)注重量6000kg,根据相关公式(shì)计算的浇注时间为(wéi)60s,阻流截面积(jī)为52cm2,即设计的开放式浇注(zhù)系统的直浇道截面积(jī)为52cm2。按照标准的陶瓷管,则(zé)选择φ80mm的陶瓷管,截(jié)面积是50.24cm2,按照推荐的浇注系统比例,设(shè)计的横浇道截(jié)面(miàn)形状是矩形(xíng)(9cm×6cm),则面积是108cm2,内浇道是(shì)13道φ35mm的陶(táo)瓷管(guǎn),截面积是(shì)125cm2,则zui终(zhōng)的截面比是F直:F横(héng):F内(nèi)=1∶2.15∶2.49。 根(gēn)据(jù)上面计算的参数计算得进流速度为(wéi)0.28m/s,进流速度(dù)降低很多(duō),是原工艺进流速度的40%。充型平稳,避免紊流,大大降低了铁(tiě)液二次氧化的机会,从而可以减少夹渣缺陷。 4.改进后(hòu)验(yàn)证 采用以上(shàng)措施连(lián)续生产15件,铸件(jiàn)没有再出现法兰和轴承(chéng)上表面部位夹渣缺陷(xiàn),改进有效。类似的方法在其他(tā)产品上运用(yòng),也有(yǒu)明显(xiǎn)效(xiào)果。 5.结语 大型球墨铸铁件易于在(zài)浇注位置上表面以及铁(tiě)液(yè)流动的一些(xiē)死角区域(yù)产生(shēng)夹渣缺陷,这些缺陷可以通过(guò)熔炼控制和浇注系统的改进来解决。浇(jiāo)注系统形式以及参(cān)数选择(zé)应能保证铁(tiě)液平(píng)稳充型,为此(cǐ)浇注系统各组成部(bù)分面积、浇注时(shí)间需按照(zhào)内浇道低(dī)速进流、铸件(jiàn)整体快速充满的原则来(lái)计算。

    热(rè)处(chù)理工艺(yì)中淬火的常用方法有十(shí)种,分别(bié)是单介质(水、油、空气(qì))淬火;双介质淬火;马(mǎ)氏体分级(jí)淬火(huǒ);低(dī)于Ms点的马氏(shì)体分级淬火法;贝氏体等温淬火法;复合淬火法;预冷等(děng)温(wēn)淬火法;延迟冷却淬火法;淬火自回火法;喷(pēn)射淬火法等。       一、单介(jiè)质(水、油(yóu)、空(kōng)气)淬火   单介(jiè)质(水、油、空气(qì))淬火:把已加热到淬火温度的工件淬人一种淬火介质,使其完全冷却。这种是zui简单的淬火方法,常(cháng)用于形状简单的碳钢和合金钢工件。淬火介质(zhì)根据零件传热系数大小、淬透性(xìng)、尺寸、形状等进(jìn)行选择。      二、双介质淬火   双介(jiè)质淬火(huǒ):把加热到淬火温度的工件(jiàn),先(xiān)在冷(lěng)却能力强的淬火介质中冷却至接近(jìn)Ms点,然后(hòu)转入慢冷的淬火(huǒ)介质中冷(lěng)却至室温,以达到不同淬(cuì)火冷却温度区间,并有比较理(lǐ)想的淬火冷却速度。用(yòng)于(yú)形状(zhuàng)复杂件(jiàn)或(huò)高碳钢、合金钢制作的(de)大型工件,碳素工具钢也(yě)多采用此法。常(cháng)用冷(lěng)却介(jiè)质有(yǒu)水(shuǐ)-油、水-硝盐、水(shuǐ)-空气、油-空气,一般(bān)用水作快冷淬(cuì)火介质(zhì),用(yòng)油或空(kōng)气作慢冷淬火介质(zhì),较少采(cǎi)用(yòng)空气(qì)。   三、马氏体(tǐ)分(fèn)级淬火   马氏体分级淬火:钢材奥(ào)氏体化,随之浸入温度(dù)稍(shāo)高或稍低于钢的上马氏点的液态介质(盐浴或(huò)碱浴(yù))中(zhōng),保持适当时间,待钢件(jiàn)的(de)内(nèi)、外层都达到介质温度后取出空冷,过冷奥氏体(tǐ)缓慢转变成马氏体的淬火(huǒ)工艺。一般用于形状复(fù)杂(zá)和变形要求严的小型工件,高速钢和高合(hé)金钢工模(mó)具(jù)也常用此(cǐ)法淬火。  四、低于Ms点的马氏体分级淬火法   低(dī)于Ms点的马氏体分级淬火法:浴槽温度(dù)低于工件用钢的Ms而高于Mf时,工件在该浴槽中冷却较快,尺寸较大时仍可获得和分(fèn)级(jí)淬火(huǒ)相同的结(jié)果。常用于尺寸较(jiào)大的(de)低淬透性钢(gāng)工件。   五、贝氏体等温(wēn)淬火法(fǎ)   贝氏体等温淬火法:将工件淬入该钢下贝氏体温度的浴(yù)槽(cáo)中等温,使其发生下(xià)贝氏体转变,一(yī)般在浴槽中(zhōng)保温30~60min。数控(kòng)微信公号cncdar贝氏体(tǐ)等(děng)温淬火工艺主要三(sān)个步骤(zhòu):①奥(ào)氏(shì)体化处理;②奥氏体化后冷却处理(lǐ);③贝氏体等温处理;常用于合(hé)金钢、高碳钢(gāng)小尺寸零件及球墨(mò)铸铁件。   六、复合淬火(huǒ)法   复合淬火(huǒ)法:先(xiān)将工(gōng)件急冷至Ms以下得体积分数为(wéi)10%~30%的马氏(shì)体,然后在下贝氏体(tǐ)区等温,使较大截面工件得到马氏体和贝氏体组织,常(cháng)用(yòng)于合金工具钢工件。   七、预冷等温(wēn)淬(cuì)火(huǒ)法   预冷等温淬火法:又称(chēng)升温等温淬火,零件(jiàn)先在温度较低(大于Ms)浴槽中(zhōng)冷却,然后转入温(wēn)度较高的浴槽中,使(shǐ)奥氏体进行(háng)等温转变。适用于淬透性较差的(de)钢件或尺(chǐ)寸(cùn)较大又(yòu)必须进行等温(wēn)淬火(huǒ)的(de)工件(jiàn)。   八、延迟冷却淬火法   延(yán)迟冷却淬火法:零件先在(zài)空(kōng)气(qì)、热水、盐(yán)浴(yù)中预冷到(dào)稍高于Ar3或Ar1温度,然后进行单介质淬火。常用(yòng)于形状复杂(zá)各部位厚薄悬(xuán)殊及要求变(biàn)形小(xiǎo)的零(líng)件。   九(jiǔ)、淬(cuì)火自(zì)回火法(fǎ)   淬火自回火法:将被处理工件(jiàn)全部加热,但在淬火时仅将需要淬硬的部(bù)分(常为工作部位)浸(jìn)入(rù)淬火液冷却,数控微信(xìn)公号cncdar待到(dào)未(wèi)浸入部分火色消失的瞬间,立(lì)即取出在空气中冷却的淬火工艺。淬火自回(huí)火法(fǎ)利用心部未(wèi)全部冷透的热量传到表面,使表面回火。常(cháng)用(yòng)于承受冲击的工(gōng)具(jù)如錾子(zǐ)、冲子、锤(chuí)子等。   十(shí)、喷射淬火法   喷射淬火法:向工件喷射水流的淬(cuì)火(huǒ)方(fāng)法,水流可大可小,根(gēn)据所要求(qiú)的淬火深(shēn)度而定(dìng)。喷射(shè)淬火法不会(huì)在(zài)工件表面形成蒸汽膜,这样就能够保(bǎo)证得到比昔通水(shuǐ)中淬火更深(shēn)的淬硬层。主要用于局部表面淬火。

    第(dì)1步 材(cái)料的(de)选择       铁素体(tǐ)球铁的生产(chǎn),选择高纯的原材料(liào)是非常必(bì)要的,原材料中的Si、Mn、S、P含量(liàng)要少(shǎo)(Si<1.0%, Mn<0.3% S<0.03%,P<0.03%),对(duì)Cu、Cr、Mo等一(yī)些合金元素要严格控制含量(liàng)。由于很多(duō)微量(liàng)元(yuán)素对球(qiú)化衰(shuāi)退zui为敏感,如,钨、锑、锡、钛(tài)、钒等。钛对球化影响很大应加以控制,但钛高是我国生铁的特点,这主要与生铁的冶(yě)金工艺(yì)有(yǒu)关。 第2步 脱硫       原铁液含硫量决定球化剂的加入量(liàng),原铁(tiě)液(yè)中的含(hán)硫量越高,则(zé)球化剂的加入(rù)量越多,否则不能获得球化良好的铸件。球化处理前原铁液中的S含(hán)量(liàng)控制在0.02%以下。对球化处理前原铁液的含硫(liú)量高时(shí),必须进行脱硫处理。  第3步  Mo合金处(chù)理        Mo合金(jīn)化处理,采(cǎi)用涡流工艺,加入量控制在(zài)0.5~1.0%,具体根据(jù)zui终Mo含量(liàng)进行调(diào)整(zhěng)。为了确保Mo的有效吸收,对合(hé)金的(de)粒度(dù)应该严格要求。  第4步 球(qiú)化剂和球(qiú)化处理        生产厚大断面球铁件时,为(wéi)了提高抗衰退能力,在球化剂(jì)中加(jiā)入一定比例的(de)重稀(xī)土,这样既可以(yǐ)保证起球化(huà)作(zuò)用的Mg的含量,同时也(yě)可(kě)以增(zēng)加具有较高抗衰退能力的重稀(xī)土元(yuán)素,如,钇等(děng)。根据国(guó)内很(hěn)多工厂的(de)试验和生产(chǎn)实践(jiàn),采用Re—Mg与钇基重(chóng)稀(xī)土的复合球化剂作为厚(hòu)大断面球铁(tiě)件生产(chǎn)的球化(huà)剂(jì)是(shì)非常理(lǐ)想(xiǎng)的,使用这种球(qiú)化剂在实(shí)际生产应用过(guò)程中也取得了很好(hǎo)的效(xiào)果。据有(yǒu)关资料(liào)表(biǎo)明,钇的球化能力仅次于镁,但其抗衰(shuāi)退能(néng)力比镁强的多,且不回硫,钇可过(guò)量加入,高碳孕育良(liáng)好时,不会出现渗碳体(tǐ)。另外,钇与磷可形(xíng)成高(gāo)熔点夹杂(zá)物,使磷(lín)共(gòng)晶(jīng)减少并弥(mí)散,从而进一(yī)步提高球铁的延伸率。在(zài)球化处理时,为了提高(gāo)镁(měi)的(de)吸收率,控(kòng)制反(fǎn)应速度及提高球(qiú)化效果,采用特有(yǒu)的(de)球化(huà)工(gōng)艺。对(duì)球化处理的控制,主要是在反应速(sù)度上(shàng)进行控制,控制(zhì)球化反应时间在2分钟左右。       对此(cǐ)采用中低Mg、Re球化剂和钇基重稀土的复合(hé)球(qiú)化剂(jì),球化剂的加入量(liàng)根据残留Mg量确定。        球(qiú)化(huà)衰退防止:球化衰退的(de)原因一方面和Mg、RE元素由(yóu)铁液中逃逸减少有关,另一(yī)方面也和孕育(yù)作(zuò)用不(bú)断衰退有关,为了防止球化衰(shuāi)退,采取(qǔ)以下措施:       A、铁液中应保持有足够的球化元素含量(liàng);       B、降低原铁液的含硫量(liàng),并防止铁液氧化(huà);       C、缩短铁液经(jīng)球化(huà)处理后的停留时间;       D、铁液经(jīng)球(qiú)化处理并扒(bā)渣后,为防(fáng)止 Mg、RE元素(sù)逃逸,可用覆(fù)盖剂将铁液表面覆盖(gài)严,隔绝空气以减少元素的逃逸(yì)。  第(dì)5步 孕(yùn)育剂和孕育处理         球化处理是(shì)球铁生产的基础(chǔ),孕育处理是球(qiú)铁生产(chǎn)的关键,孕育(yù)效果决定(dìng)了石墨球的直径、石墨球数(shù)和石墨球的园整度,为了保证(zhèng)孕(yùn)育效果,孕育(yù)处理采用多级孕育(yù)处理。孕育处理越接近(jìn)浇注,孕育(yù)效果越好(hǎo)。从(cóng)孕育到浇注需要一定的(de)时间,该(gāi)时(shí)间越长,孕育衰退就越严(yán)重(chóng)。为(wéi)了防(fáng)止或减少孕育衰退(tuì),采用以下措(cuò)施:       A、使用长效孕育(yù)剂(含有一定量的钡、锶、锆或锰的(de)硅基孕(yùn)育剂);       B、采(cǎi)用多级孕育处理(lǐ)(包内(nèi)孕育、孕(yùn)育槽孕育(yù)、水口(kǒu)瞬(shùn)时孕育等);       C、尽量缩短孕育(yù)到(dào)浇注时间。       孕育剂的加入量(liàng)控(kòng)制在0.6~1.4%,孕育(yù)剂加入量过少,直接(jiē)造(zào)成孕育效(xiào)果差,孕育量过大,导致铸件(jiàn)夹(jiá)杂(zá)。  第6步(bù) 浇注工艺控制          浇(jiāo)注应采用快浇,平稳注(zhù)入的原则。为了提(tí)高瞬时孕育的均匀性及防止熔渣进入型腔,水(shuǐ)口盆的总容(róng)量应与铸件的(de)毛重相当,浇注时将孕育剂放入水口盆(pén)中,将铁水一次全部注入水口,使铁水与孕育剂(jì)充分混合,扒(bā)去表面浮渣,提出水口堵浇注。
