    铸铁件冒口颈部产生缩孔(kǒng)该(gāi)如何(hé)处理?相信这个问题是一个共(gòng)性的问题,很多铸造行(háng)业(yè)人士也遇到过(guò),如(rú)果没有找到好的解(jiě)决(jué)方案,不妨大家一起探(tàn)讨一下! 一(yī)、冒口颈(jǐng)缩孔产生的机理 冒口(kǒu)颈缩孔是指(zhǐ)冒口中缩孔穿过冒口颈(jǐng),侵入铸件中(zhōng),形成(chéng)二次缩孔(内缩孔)主(zhǔ)要的原(yuán)因是冒口颈凝固的比铸件早,堵(dǔ)塞了(le)冒口至热节的补缩通道(凝固过程中(zhōng)从热节依次挪移(yí)至冒口颈(jǐng)、冒口(kǒu)的液相形成(chéng)的(de)通道(dào)),使冒口中(zhōng)的金属液不能对(duì)热节(jiē)凝固时发生的体积亏损进行补偿(补缩),就产生冒口颈缩孔。 二、冒口颈缩(suō)孔引起的(de)原因分析 1、过长的凝固(gù)时间; 2、过多的补缩口; 3、浇注温度(dù); 4、过(guò)大的内浇口; 5、碳硅当量(liàng)过高; 6、浇注系统(tǒng)的设计; 7、内浇口形(xíng)状。 三、解决方案 1、过多(duō)的补缩口遇到(dào)这(zhè)种情(qíng)况,可以尝试改进浇注系统,均匀进水,用(yòng)一个大的冒口(kǒu)补缩。 2、浇(jiāo)注温度解决方法(fǎ): 在(zài)生产过程中控制好浇注温度(dù),球铁(tiě)温度控(kòng)制在1360以上,灰(huī)铁控制在1400度以下。 3、浇铸系统的设计(jì) 解决方法:合理设(shè)计(jì)浇注系统,特别(bié)要注意铁水(shuǐ)的流速及流向球铁浇注系统建议比(bǐ)例:直:横:内=1:1.2-2.0:0.75

    灰铸铁件由于造型(xíng)制芯(xīn)时造(zào)成的主要缺陷及其原因(yīn)分析与防止方法 (1)气孔 特征及发现(xiàn)方法: 局部气孔:铸件的局部地(dì)方,出现的孔穴(xué)表面较(jiào)干净光(guāng)滑的单个气孔或(huò)蜂窝状(zhuàng)气孔(kǒng) 用外观(guān)检查,机械加工或磁(cí)力探伤(shāng)可(kě)以发现。 原因分析: 1.浇注系统设置(zhì)不合理,使排气不(bú)畅通(tōng)或产(chǎn)生(shēng)涡流,卷入气体(tǐ) 2.砂型紧实度过(guò)高,降低了(le)透气性 3.砂芯排(pái)气不良(liáng),或通气道堵(dǔ)塞(sāi) 防止方(fāng)法: 1.浇(jiāo)注系统的设置(zhì)应考虑型腔内(nèi)排(pái)气(qì)畅通(tōng)及(jí)平稳流入铸型(xíng) 2.砂型紧实度要求(qiú)均匀,不(bú)宜过紧(jǐn) 3.砂芯排(pái)气要求畅通。合箱时,注意封死芯头间隙,以免铁(tiě)液(yè)钻人,堵塞(sāi)通气道 4.在铸(zhù)件(jiàn)的zui高处,可(kě)设置出气(qì)孔或出气片等 5.起模和修型时,不宜(yí)刷水过多 6.对于大平(píng)面铸件(jiàn),可采用倾斜浇注(zhù),出气孔处(chù)稍(shāo)高,以利排气(qì) 7.芯撑和冷铁必须千(qiān)净,无锈(xiù) (2)砂眼 特征(zhēng)及发现方(fāng)法: 铸件的孔穴内含(hán)有砂粒 用外(wài)现(xiàn)检查,机械(xiè)加工或磁力探伤可以发现 原因分析(xī): 1.浇注系统位(wèi)置不合适,如(rú)直对砂芯,或浇口太小,铁(tiě)液冲刷(shuā)力大。破坏局部砂型 2.由于(yú)模型结构设(shè)计不够好,发生粘模,而砂型又未修(xiū)理好,或对铸件拐(guǎi)弯处未(wèi)捣圆角(jiǎo) 3.湿型在浇注前的停留(liú)时间(jiān)过长,使(shǐ)干澡部分或凸出部位脱落 4.造型(xíng)和合(hé)箱(xiāng)时的落砂,未清砂干净 防止方法: 1.浇注系(xì)统位置和大小合适 2.合理选择起模斜度(dù)和圆角(jiǎo),手工造型时,可压出圆(yuán)角(jiǎo)。成批生产中(zhōng),模样(yàng)应涂刷分型(xíng)剂,以免(miǎn)粘模,并往意(yì)修理好损(sǔn)坏(huài)部位。 3.缩(suō)短湿型在浇注(zhù)前的停留时间 4.合理选用芯头(tóu)和(hé)芯座之间(jiān)的间隙,以免合箱时压(yā)碎 5.合箱前,必须将型内落砂清扫干(gàn)净,仔细合箱,并及(jí)时盖住浇冒口(kǒu),以免重新掉入砂粒 (3)夹(jiá)砂 特征及发现方法: 在铸(zhù)件表面(miàn)上,一层铁(tiě)和(hé)铸件之间夹有一层型砂 用外观检查或(huò)机械(xiè)加工可(kě)以发现(xiàn) 原因(yīn)分析(xī): 铁液进(jìn)人砂型后。使型面层的水(shuǐ)分向内迁(qiān)移,在离型面3~5mrn处形成高水分带。该处强度(dù)大大降低,易引起铁液(yè)潜入,或由于硅砂粒高(gāo)温膨胀的应力使表面层鼓起(qǐ),铁液钻入,形成夹(jiá)砂。 1.砂型紧实度过硬或紧实不(bú)均匀 2.浇注位置不当;对(duì)于水平浇注的大平面(miàn)铸件,有时由(yóu)于铁(tiě)液断(duàn)续覆盖大(dà)平面的某处而(ér)产生夹(jiá)砂 防止方(fāng)法: 1.砂型紧实度不宜过紧,要求均(jun1)匀,并加强透气 2.手(shǒu)工(gōng)造型时,局(jú)部薄弱处,可插钉子(zǐ)加(jiā)强 3.尽量使大平面朝下或置于侧面(miàn),减少铁液对上平面的烘烤面积和烘烤时间 4.对大(dà)平(píng)面铸件(jiàn),浇注系统可分散布置(zhì),并适当加大内浇口(kǒu)截面,缩(suō)短浇注时间或倾斜浇 (4)粘砂 特征(zhēng)及发现方法: 铸件表面铁液(yè)与(yǔ)砂(shā)粘在一起(qǐ),形成粗(cū)糙的表面,用外观检(jiǎn)查可以(yǐ)发(fā)现 原因分析(xī): 1.砂型紧实度不均匀或太小 2.涂料刷得(dé)太薄 防(fáng)止方法(fǎ): 1.适当提高砂型紧实度,减小砂(shā)粒间隙(xì)(保证(zhèng)透气性(xìng)要求),并捣实(shí)均匀 2.选用适当的涂(tú)料(liào)(多(duō)为石(shí)墨粉水涂料(liào)〕,并刷以一定的厚度,既能提高耐火性,又(yòu)可以防止铁液钻入砂粒 (5)热裂 特征及发现方法: 裂纹(wén)处,带有暗色或几乎是黑(hēi)色的(de)氧化(huà)表面 用外观(guān)检查,透光法,磁(cí)力探伤,打(dǎ)压(yā)试验(yàn),煤油渗透等方法发现 原因分析: 1.砂芯和砂型的退让性差(chà),铸件收缩受到(dào)阻碍 2.芯(xīn)骨吃砂量太小或(huò)砂箱箱(xiāng)带离铸件(jiàn)太(tài)近,阻(zǔ)碍铸件收缩 3.内浇道设置过分集中,局部过热,增加应力 4.铸件的飞边过大,飞边(biān)处的裂纹,延伸到(dào)铸件上 防止方法: 1 .砂型紧实度(dù)要求适宜,并在型砂中可加入适量的锯(jù)末 2.改用较小(xiǎo)的芯骨,使吃砂量适宜,并选用合理(lǐ)的砂(shā)箱 3.内浇(jiāo)道布置(zhì)应适当分散 4.在铸件厚(hòu)、薄交界处(chù),可增(zēng)设收缩肋(lèi) 5.正确选择分型面位置,并使合箱时,尽量密合 (6)变形 特征及发现(xiàn)方(fāng)法(fǎ): 长的或扁平类(lèi)铸件在靠(kào)近壁厚的一方凹入,成弯曲形 用(yòng)外观检查,划线(xiàn)等方法(fǎ)发现 原因(yīn)分析: 由于铸件壁厚不(bú)均匀,冷却有先后,从而产生热应力,当其(qí)值(zhí)大于该材质的屈服极限时,则产生变形和弯曲 防止方(fāng)法(fǎ): 1.厚壁处(chù)设置冷铁或内浇口开在薄壁处,创造同时凝固条件(jiàn) 2.模样上留出(chū)预变形曲率或增设加(jiā)强肋 3.改善(shàn)铸(zhù)件(jiàn)结(jié)构 (7)错(cuò)箱 特征及发(fā)现方法: 铸(zhù)件沿分型面发生相对的位移(yí) 用外(wài)观(guān)检查(chá)或划线测量可(kě)以发现 原因分析: 1.模(mó)样(yàng)尺寸不(bú)对或变形 2.砂箱或分(fèn)型板定(dìng)位不准确(què) 3.合箱不准 4.模(mó)样在模板上的位置偏(piān)移 防止(zhǐ)方(fāng)法(fǎ): 1.检查并修整模样 2.检查、修理或改换砂箱及分型板 3.注意(yì)准确地(dì)合(hé)箱 4.检查并调整模样在(zài)型板(bǎn)上的位置(zhì) (8)多肉 特征及发现方法(fǎ): 铸件上有形状不规到(dào)的(de)毛刺、披缝或凸出部分(fèn) 用外观检查发现 原因分析: 由(yóu)于铁液的压力作用,使型腔局部胀大造(zào)成。多半出现在下型(xíng)如砂型(xíng)紧实度不够或不均匀,局部太松等 防止方法: 适当提高砂型紧实度(dù),并(bìng)要求均匀捣实 (9)缩孔 特征及发现方法: 在铸件热节(jiē)处产生形状不规则,表面粗(cū)糙的集中孔洞 用外观检(jiǎn)查,机械(xiè)加(jiā)工或磁力探伤可以(yǐ)发现(xiàn) 原因分析(xī): 1.铸件补(bǔ)缩不(bú)足 2.冷铁设置不当 3.内浇口位(wèi)置不当 4.砂型(xíng)紧实度(dù)不够(gòu),胀型后产生 防止方法: 1.适当加大冒口尺寸 2.在厚壁处(chù),设置冷铁,创造同时凝(níng)固条件或与冒口配合使用时,创造顺序凝固条件 3.正(zhèng)确选择浇注位置(zhì)和浇(jiāo)注系统(tǒng),以(yǐ)造成同时凝固或顺(shùn)序凝固 4 .要求砂型紧(jǐn)实度(dù)合适 (10)抬箱 特征及发现方法: 铸件外形与图样不符,用外观检查发(fā)现 原因分析: 1.压箱重量(liàng)不够 2.夹箱紧固时受力不均(jun1)匀或太松 防止方(fāng)法: 1.足够的压箱(xiāng)重(chóng)量或用螺栓均匀紧(jǐn)固(gù) 2.分型面应平整,合箱(xiāng)时要(yào)注意密(mì)合,以免(miǎn)铁液漏(lòu)出 (11)铁豆(dòu) 特(tè)征及发现方法: 气(qì)孔中有(yǒu)小铁珠;用铸(zhù)件断面检查,机械加工可以(yǐ)发现 原因分析: 1.砂型潮湿 2.内浇道离铸件zui低(dī)处太高,浇注时,造成铁液飞溅,形成铁豆,铁液充满(mǎn)后,又(yòu)未能把铁豆熔化,使其(qí)与气体一块包(bāo)入(rù)铸件中 3.砂芯透(tòu)气性差 防止方法: 1.修型(xíng)时刷水不宜过多 2.合理确定浇注系统(tǒng)位置(zhì) 3.加强砂芯的通(tōng)气 (12)渣眼 特征及发现方法: 在铸件(jiàn)外(wài)部或内(nèi)部的(de)孔穴中有熔渣 用外(wài)观检查,机(jī)械加工或磁力(lì)探伤可以发(fā)现 原因分析: 浇注系统挡渣差 防止方法: 合理选(xuǎn)用浇注(zhù)系统,并加强(qiáng)挡渣措施 (13)冷隔与浇(jiāo)不足(zú) 特征及发现(xiàn)方法: 铸件上有未完全融合的缝隙或局部缺肉,周围呈圆边 用外观检查(chá)可以发现 原因分析: 1.浇(jiāo)注系统设置不(bú)当,或浇口截面太(tài)小 2.铸件局部壁(bì)太薄 3.冷铁(tiě)位置选择不当 4.吊芯,合型时错位使铸件部分壁太(tài)薄,甚至(zhì)完(wán)全没有壁厚 防止(zhǐ)方法(fǎ): 1.适当加大浇注系统尺寸 2.对于长(zhǎng)形铸件(jiàn)可采用两(liǎng)头浇注;对于(yú)高大件可采用阶梯浇(jiāo)注(zhù)或分(fèn)散浇口(kǒu)等 3.内浇(jiāo)道不(bú)不宜离铸件薄壁处太远,或可适当增加薄(báo)壁处的厚(hòu)度 4.吊芯时(shí),随时检(jiǎn)查尺寸,并注意合型(xíng)准确(què)

    铸造企业在生产(chǎn)过(guò)程中,难免(miǎn)遇到缩孔(kǒng)、气泡、偏析等铸件(jiàn)缺陷,造成铸(zhù)件成品率低,重(chóng)新回炉(lú)生产又面临着(zhe)大量的人(rén)力、电能(néng)的(de)消耗。如何减少铸件缺陷是铸造(zào)人士(shì)一直关心(xīn)的问题。 对于减(jiǎn)少(shǎo)铸(zhù)件缺陷问题,来(lái)自英(yīng)国伯明翰大学(xué)的教(jiāo)授John Campbell,John Campbell可谓是身经百(bǎi)战(zhàn),对减少铸(zhù)件缺陷有着独到的见解(jiě)。早在2001年,中国科学院金属(shǔ)研究所研究员李殿中(zhōng),开展热加工过(guò)程组(zǔ)织模拟与工艺(yì)设计,就是在(zài)John Campbell教授的指导下完成(chéng)的。今天(tiān)洲际传媒就为大家整理了一份由国际铸造(zào)大师(shī)John Campbell 提出的减少铸件缺陷的十大准(zhǔn)则,希望对(duì)铸(zhù)造行业的同(tóng)仁(rén)们有所帮(bāng)助。1、好铸件从(cóng)高质(zhì)量熔炼开(kāi)始 一(yī)旦(dàn)要开始浇注铸件,首先要准(zhǔn)备、检查并处理好熔炼工艺。如(rú)果(guǒ)有要求,可采用能够(gòu)接受的zui低标(biāo)准。然而,更好(hǎo)的选择是:准(zhǔn)备(bèi)并(bìng)采用接近于零缺陷的(de)熔(róng)炼方案。 2、避免自(zì)由(yóu)液面上产生湍流(liú)夹(jiá)杂(zá) 这就要求避免前(qián)端自由液面(弯月面)流(liú)速过高。对于大部分(fèn)金属来说(shuō),zui大流速控制在0.5m/s。对于封闭式浇注系统(tǒng)或薄壁件,zui大流速(sù)会适(shì)当增加。这个要求也(yě)意(yì)味着金(jīn)属液的下(xià)落高度不能超过(guò)“静滴”高(gāo)度的(de)临界值(zhí)。 3、避免金属液中表面凝壳(ké)的层(céng)流夹杂(zá) 这就要(yào)求在整(zhěng)个充型过程,不要出现任何(hé)金属液流(liú)的(de)前端(duān)提前停(tíng)止(zhǐ)流动。充型(xíng)前期(qī)的金属液弯(wān)月面(miàn)必须保持可运动状态,不受表(biǎo)面凝壳(ké)增厚的影(yǐng)响,而这些(xiē)凝壳会(huì)成为铸件一部分。要想(xiǎng)获(huò)得这种效果,金属液(yè)前端可以设(shè)计成连(lián)续扩展的。实际中,只有(yǒu)底(dǐ)注“上坡”能实现连续不断的上升过程。(如重力铸造中,从直浇道(dào)底部开始向上流)。这(zhè)就意味着: 底注式浇注系统; 不(bú)要(yào)有“下坡”形式的金属液落下或滑落; 不要(yào)出现(xiàn)大面积的水平流动(dòng); 不要出现由于倾倒或瀑布式流动而产生(shēng)金属(shǔ)液前端流动停止。 4、避免裹(guǒ)气(qì)(产生(shēng)气泡) 避免浇(jiāo)注系统裹(guǒ)气(qì)而产生的(de)气泡进入型腔(qiāng)。可以通(tōng)过以下方式达到: 合理设计阶梯型浇口杯; 合理设计直(zhí)浇道,快速充(chōng)满; 合理使用“水坝”; 避免采用(yòng)“井式”或其他开放式(shì)浇注系(xì)统; 采用小截面横浇道或在直(zhí)浇道(dào)于横(héng)浇道连接处附近使(shǐ)用陶瓷过滤(lǜ)片; 使用除气装置; 浇注(zhù)过程无中断。5、避免砂芯气孔(kǒng) 避免砂芯或砂型(xíng)产生的气泡进入(rù)型(xíng)腔金属液(yè)中。砂芯(xīn)必(bì)须(xū)保证非常低(dī)的含气量,或(huò)者采用(yòng)适当(dāng)的(de)排气(qì)以阻止砂芯气孔产(chǎn)生。除(chú)非能保证完(wán)全(quán)干透,否则(zé)不能用黏土(tǔ)基砂芯或模具修复(fù)胶。 6、避免(miǎn)缩孔 由于对流影(yǐng)响及不稳定(dìng)的压力梯度,厚大截面的铸件是无法实现向上补(bǔ)缩。所以要(yào)遵循所有的补缩规(guī)律来保证良好的补缩设(shè)计,采用计算机模(mó)拟技术进行验证(zhèng),实际浇注样件。控制砂型和砂芯连(lián)接处的飞边(biān)水平;控制铸型(xíng)涂料(liào)厚度(如(rú)果有的话);控(kòng)制合金及(jí)铸(zhù)型温度。 7、避免对流 对流危害与凝固(gù)时间有关(guān)。薄壁和厚壁铸件都能(néng)不受(shòu)对流(liú)危害影响(xiǎng)。而对于中等壁(bì)厚铸件:通过铸件结构或工(gōng)艺来降低对流危害(hài); 避免向(xiàng)上补缩(suō); 浇满后翻转。 8、减少偏(piān)析(xī) 预防偏析并控制(zhì)在标准(zhǔn)范围内,或(huò)客户允许的成分超(chāo)限区域。如(rú)果可(kě)能,尽量避免通道偏析。 9、减(jiǎn)少残余应力 轻合(hé)金(jīn)固溶处理(lǐ)后不要(yào)进行水(冷水或热水(shuǐ))介质(zhì)淬火。如(rú)果铸件应力看起来不大,可采用聚合物淬(cuì)火介质或强制空(kōng)气淬火。10、给定(dìng)基准点 所有的铸件都必须给(gěi)定用于(yú)尺寸(cùn)检查(chá)和加(jiā)工(gōng)的定位基(jī)准(zhǔn)点。

    铸造(zào)工艺规(guī)程是技术(shù)准备(bèi)工(gōng)作的核(hé)心,是用于指导生产的(de)技(jì)术文件。它既是(shì)车间进行(háng)生产技术准备和科学管(guǎn)理(lǐ)的(de)依据,也是(shì)铸造工艺技术水平的体现和技术经验的结晶。铸造工艺规程编(biān)制水平的高低,对铸件质量、生产成本和效率起(qǐ)着关键(jiàn)性作用。 铸造工艺装备(bèi)是指(zhǐ)在铸造生产(chǎn)过(guò)程中所用的(de)各种(zhǒng)模具、工(gōng)具、夹具有(yǒu)量具等的总称(chēng)。主要有造型(xíng)(芯)、合型、浇注等工艺过(guò)程中所(suǒ)用的模(mó)样、芯盒(hé)、浇(jiāo)冒(mào)口模、砂箱、芯骨、金属型、烘芯板、造型平板、定(dìng)位销以及造型、下芯的夹具、样板(bǎn)、磨具、量具(jù)等(děng)各种铸造工具(jù)。工艺(yì)装备对于(yú)顺利组织生(shēng)产,提高生产率(lǜ)和(hé)铸件质量,降低铸件成本和劳动强度,是十分重要(yào)的。 为了(le)使制定的铸(zhù)造工艺便于执行、遵守和交流(liú),制定的用于指(zhǐ)导铸造生(shēng)产的技术文件(jiàn)统称(chēng)铸造工艺规程。铸造工(gōng)艺规程分两大类:一类是工(gōng)艺守(shǒu)则(也称操(cāo)作(zuò)规程(chéng))。特(tè)点(diǎn)是(shì)具有(yǒu)共用性。即对铸件生产通用的生(shēng)产环节如砂处理、造型(xíng)(芯)、烘干(gàn)、合型、熔炼、浇(jiāo)注、落(luò)砂清(qīng)理等制定的每个铸件普遍适用(yòng)的工艺规程(chéng)称(chēng)为工艺守则。它往往是用文字、表格说明工序的操作次序、方法、规范,以及所采取的材料(liào)和规格的技术文件,用于指导工序生产操作。 另一类(lèi)是针对每(měi)个铸件(jiàn)的特(tè)点和要(yào)求(qiú)编制的工艺规程。对于大批量(liàng)生产或重要铸件(jiàn)的工(gōng)艺规(guī)程的内容包括:拟定的铸造(zào)工艺方案、绘制(zhì)的(de)铸造工艺(yì)图、铸件(jiàn)图、模样(yàng)模(mó)板图、芯盒图、砂箱图、铸(zhù)型装(zhuāng)配图(tú)、工艺卡片等。对于单件、小(xiǎo)批生产的普(pǔ)通铸件的工艺规程可(kě)适当简(jiǎn)化。 铸造工(gōng)艺规程(chéng)在生产(chǎn)中起下述作用(yòng): 1.有利于进行工(gōng)艺(yì)设计,既能选(xuǎn)择(zé)合理的工艺方案,又能采用先进工艺,易于(yú)获(huò)得优质低成本的铸(zhù)件(jiàn)。 2.有利于生产技(jì)术准(zhǔn)备(bèi)工作,如砂箱、芯骨(gǔ)、模具(jù)的制备。 3.是铸造各工(gōng)艺环节上进行技术检验的根(gēn)据(jù),易找出造成铸造缺陷的原因,并及时采取有效措施(shī)。 4.可不断积累和总结经验,有利于提高生产效率(lǜ)。

    皮(pí)下气(qì)孔的产生,是铸造过程中各个环节(jiē)和工序操作不当的综合反(fǎn)应。形成原(yuán)因复杂(zá),影响(xiǎng)因素(sù)很多,牵涉到每个人,每(měi)到工序,应引(yǐn)起大家的(de)高度重(chóng)视。原(yuán)材料方面 1、含(hán)钛(Ti)、含铝(AI)高(gāo)的原材料以及高合金钢、不锈钢等禁止使用。 2、锈蚀、氧化严(yán)重(chóng),油(yóu)污、煤泥、废(fèi)砂多(duō)的原材料,清理干净后使用。 3、潮湿、带水的原材料(liào),干燥后使用(yòng)。 4、小于3mm的(de)薄铁皮(管(guǎn)件)等,禁止使用。 5、原(yuán)材料(liào)长度要(yào)控制在300-400mm左右。 铁水熔炼方面 1、原材料装炉(lú)时,一定要(yào)紧实,尽量减少空间,以减少铁水吸(xī)气和氧化。 2、在每炉铁水(shuǐ)熔化过程中,彻底(dǐ)清渣至(zhì)少(shǎo)2-3次(cì),并且,清渣后要及时覆盖(gài)聚渣和保温材料覆盖(gài)铁(tiě)水,避免铁水长(zhǎng)时间与空气接(jiē)触吸气和氧化。  3、熔化好的(de)铁(tiě)水,高温等待(dài)时间不(bú)超过10-15分钟(zhōng),否则,铁水质量会严重恶化(huà),成为“死(sǐ)水(shuǐ)”。  4、出铁温度不低于1540±10℃,出铁后,要及时除渣,同时覆盖(gài)聚渣保温剂,防止铁水降温和氧化。 5、禁用(yòng)不符合(hé)标准的增碳剂。 孕(yùn)育剂方(fāng)面 1、使(shǐ)用前应(yīng)经(jīng)300-400℃烘烤,去(qù)除其吸附的水分和(hé)结晶水。 2、孕育剂(jì)粒度5-10mm。 3、孕育剂(jì)含(hán)铝量<1%。 浇(jiāo)注方面(miàn) 1、大、小包(bāo)一定要烘干(gàn)烘透,湿包(bāo)禁止(zhǐ)使用(yòng),严禁用铁水烫包代替烘(hōng)干。 2、提高浇注温度(dù),高温快(kuài)浇。浇(jiāo)注原则:慢-快-慢。实践证明,浇注温(wēn)度提(tí)高30-50℃,可使气(qì)孔发(fā)生率大大降低。浇注时要让铁水始终充(chōng)满(mǎn)直浇(jiāo)道,中间不断流,以(yǐ)迅速建立铁水静压力,抵制界面气体侵入。 3、小(xiǎo)包铁水温(wēn)度低于1350℃禁(jìn)用,应回炉提温后使用。 4、加强挡渣、蔽(bì)渣,及时清除氧化(huà)皮,防止其带入(rù)型腔。 混砂方面 1、严格控制型砂水分不大于3.5%。 2、型砂透(tòu)气性控制在130-180,湿压(yā)强度120-140KPa,紧实率35-38%,型砂表面硬(yìng)度>90。 3、选用(yòng)优(yōu)质膨润土和煤粉。 4、按(àn)规定配入新砂。  5、每天混(hún)砂结(jié)束,要将多余型砂回(huí)收,并彻底清理和打扫(sǎo)混砂(shā)机。 模具和造型(xíng)方面 1、模具分型面要设(shè)排气孔槽或排气(qì)道及暗气室,以减轻气体压力。 2、在模具上增设暗(àn)气室,以(yǐ)减轻(qīng)气体(tǐ)压力。  3、在横浇道或砂芯(xīn)上面洒冰晶石粉(fěn)(用(yòng)量(liàng)多少(shǎo),通过试验(yàn)后确(què)定)。 制(zhì)芯方(fāng)面 1、硅砂含水要求<0.2%,含泥量<0.3%。  2、制芯工艺(yì):混砂(shā)前,硅砂需加(jiā)热至(zhì)25-35℃,先将组(zǔ)分1加入砂(shā)中,混制(zhì)1-2分钟,再(zài)加入组分2,继续混制1-2分钟。两组分加入量(liàng)各为砂的质量分数的0.75%. 3、由于聚(jù)异氰酸脂(zhī)对水的敏感度较高,制好的砂芯存放时间不应超(chāo)过24小时。  4、三(sān)乙胺浓度和残留(liú)量过(guò)高,易使(shǐ)铸件产生皮下气孔。

    铸件(jiàn)机械(xiè)粘砂缺陷的(de)成因及防止措施
    铸件机械粘(zhān)砂(shā)缺(quē)陷的成因及防(fáng)止(zhǐ)措施(shī)

    机械粘砂又称为金属(shǔ)液渗透粘砂,是由液态金属或(huò)金属氧化物通过毛细管渗(shèn)透或气相渗透方式钻入型腔表面砂粒间隙,在铸件表面形成的金属和砂(shā)粒机械混合的粘附(fù)层。清铲粘砂层时可(kě)见(jiàn)金属光泽。机械(xiè)粘砂表面呈海(hǎi)绵状,牢(láo)固地粘附在铸件表面,多发生在砂型和砂芯表面受(shòu)热作用强烈(liè)及砂型紧实度低的(de)部位,如浇冒(mào)口附(fù)近(jìn)、铸件厚大截面、内角和凹槽处。 机(jī)械粘砂不仅(jǐn)影响(xiǎng)铸造铸件的外观质量,甚至(zhì)引起报(bào)废,因此(cǐ)对铸件的机械粘砂(shā)必须引起足够的重视,以提高产品成品率。笔者结合多年的生产实践经验并参阅有关资料,谈谈(tán)铸件机械粘砂的产生(shēng)原因及其防止措施。  1、铸(zhù)件和模样设计 如果铸件和模样的结构会(huì)使砂型(xíng)具有尖角、悬伸或突出的形状,或具有(yǒu)扁薄的(de)砂(shā)台或砂(shā)芯,则这(zhè)种设计(jì)会(huì)促(cù)进机械粘砂产生。因为这(zhè)类(lèi)结构的(de)铸件会使砂型、砂芯局部热量集(jí)中,其正常的性能受到破坏,砂型、砂芯表(biǎo)面提前溃散,熔融金属或金属氧化物易于渗入而产生机械粘砂。对此,可在(zài)热量(liàng)集中的(de)部位采用特殊砂型,如锆砂或橄(gǎn)榄石砂,以提高其长时间受热或受高温辐照的能力。  2、模样(yàng)  (1)模样的工艺设计不良,使砂(shā)型舂不紧实或紧(jǐn)实度不匀,会造(zào)成(chéng)型腔表面粗糙或(huò)疏松,对产生机械粘砂(shā)有(yǒu)直(zhí)接影响。模样的工艺设计常出现以下错误:  ①分模面选(xuǎn)择不当,致使上型过高,或在(zài)砂(shā)型中形成很深的型腔(qiāng)。  ②模样在(zài)模(mó)底板上(shàng)的位置(zhì)布置不(bú)当,使凹陷(xiàn)处难于舂实,这可能是由于模(mó)样距箱(xiāng)壁太(tài)近,或模样排列(liè)过密所致(zhì)。由于模样排列过于(yú)拥挤,会(huì)引起铸件产生胀砂,即使没有明显的胀砂(shā),也会发生(shēng)机械(xiè)粘(zhān)砂(shā)。由于产生(shēng)缺陷(xiàn)的根源(yuán)相(xiàng)同,机械粘砂和(hé)胀砂会出现在同一个铸件上。  ③直浇道、冒(mào)口和(hé)横浇道的位置(zhì)布置不(bú)当,会出现不(bú)易舂实的凹陷部位,这与浇冒口系统(tǒng)的(de)布局有关。  ④起模斜(xié)度<1.5°时,即使整个砂型的紧实(shí)度合适,也会使砂型表面(miàn)撕裂,易于使金属或金属氧(yǎng)化物(wù)渗入。  (2)模样(yàng)的工艺结(jié)构不良,导致金属液静(jìng)压力过高(gāo)。由于静压力的增高,砂型的负(fù)荷(hé)也就加重,因此需要采用(yòng)特殊的砂型或更紧实的造型(xíng)方法,以抵挡金属液对(duì)砂型的渗透压力。  3、砂箱 砂箱的设(shè)计及(jí)构造不合理,致(zhì)使(shǐ)砂型紧实度(dù)不匀或舂砂(shā)过软(ruǎn)。  产生这些问题的一般原因如(rú)下:  (1)箱带的位置(zhì)不当,妨碍(ài)某些凹陷部(bù)位的舂实,因而导致砂(shā)型局部(bù)过软,引起胀砂(shā)或机械粘(zhān)砂。  (2)因(yīn)砂箱太小(xiǎo)造成舂砂不实。  (3)箱带位置不当,使直(zhí)浇道和冒口不能放在合适(shì)的位置上,以致冒口或直(zhí)浇道与模样间的型砂舂(chōng)不(bú)紧实。又因该处(chù)必然造成(chéng)热量集中,使机械粘(zhān)砂更为严重。因此,如直浇(jiāo)道或(huò)冒口的(de)位置不能改变,则必(bì)须将(jiāng)箱带(dài)割去一块或整个去掉。  (4)上箱过高。机(jī)械粘砂通(tōng)常(cháng)与型腔表(biǎo)面的抗渗透能力及金属液的静压力有关(guān),金属液(yè)压(yā)力的大小,与金(jīn)属的密度和上箱高度有关(guān)。如从铸(zhù)件补缩需要出发,上(shàng)箱应(yīng)有一(yī)定高度,但(dàn)型(xíng)砂性能也一(yī)定要随之加以改善。  4、浇冒口系统 (1)浇冒(mào)口的位置不(bú)当导致砂型局部过热,从而促使型腔表面过(guò)早毁坏,金属(shǔ)液或在高温下形(xíng)成的金属氧化物就更容易渗入型腔表面。  这(zhè)类情况较(jiào)典型的例子有下(xià)列(liè)几(jǐ)种:  第yi,直浇道或(huò)冒口距型面过近,形成一个热节区,这一热(rè)节区(qū)的(de)砂型如未(wèi)舂实(shí),则机械(xiè)粘砂缺陷就会十分严重。  第二,在一定的型腔表面上流过的金属液过多,会把(bǎ)型面(miàn)加(jiā)热(rè)到足以毁(huǐ)坏的程度。如果型腔中初期凝固的硬壳被后来流(liú)入的金属液重熔,则粘砂就更为(wéi)严重。  第三,在浇注时,凡(fán)能造(zào)成金属(shǔ)液压力过(guò)高的(de)任何因素,均可能导致铸件产生机械粘砂。当(dāng)金属液不(bú)仅压力高(gāo),而且温度也高(gāo)时,情况尤为严重。  (2)直浇道、横浇道和内(nèi)浇道的截面比例(lì)不当,使(shǐ)金属液在浇注时不断受到氧化,增加了金属氧化物的数(shù)量,并导致对型(xíng)砂的助熔作用。在浇注过程中(zhōng),浇(jiāo)注系统应(yīng)始终充满金属液,否则,在(zài)浇注系统中的任何部位均能使金属液受到氧化。  (3)冒口颈尺寸过大,将造成其周围型砂过(guò)热,这是一个较(jiào)为普遍的问题。这一(yī)问题常是(shì)由于冒口颈太长引起的,为了(le)使冒口颈中金属(shǔ)液不致(zhì)过早凝固(gù),就不得不加大颈部尺(chǐ)寸。如(rú)果因为冒口(kǒu)颈(jǐng)设计不当导致补缩不到,那么zui好是缩短冒口(kǒu)颈,以防止凝固(gù),而不是(shì)加大其尺寸。尺寸较小的冒(mào)口颈,可以减少砂型受热。  (4)浇口杯或直浇道设计不当(dāng),以致浇注时卷入空气造成金属液氧(yǎng)化(huà),这通常是由于湍(tuān)流引起的,随着金属液表面氧化膜的(de)不(bú)断积累会引起机械粘(zhān)砂。  5、型砂 (1)原砂粒度分布不(bú)均匀(yún),会(huì)造成(chéng)砂型紧实度低,原砂(shā)的粒度分布对(duì)砂型的zui大紧实度有直接影(yǐng)响。  (2)型砂的流动(dòng)性和(hé)成型性(xìng)差。  (3)壳型砂上(shàng)树脂的(de)覆膜太薄,会使型(xíng)壳的局部强度(dù)降低和(hé)局部(bù)砂粒未被树脂覆盖,往往由于这种(zhǒng)简单的原因,使铸件发生机械粘砂。  (4)铸型的透气性过高,这(zhè)是型(xíng)砂(shā)颗粒太粗的另一种反映。透气(qì)性和紧实度是相互影响的(de)两个因素。紧实度低则透气性好,反之亦然。  (5)型砂中碳(tàn)素(sù)材料或脱氧(yǎng)物质不足,会产生过多的(de)金属氧化物,使(shǐ)氧(yǎng)化物湿润砂粒而易于渗入。 6、制芯 (1)未刷涂(tú)料(liào)砂芯的砂粒太粗或粒度分布不(bú)佳(jiā),与原砂粒(lì)度分布不均(jun1)匀一样(yàng),对产生机(jī)械粘砂有影响。  (2)砂芯未舂实,与砂(shā)型未舂实的性质一样,对机械(xiè)粘砂有重(chóng)大影响。  (3)砂芯表(biǎo)面(miàn)粗糙或多孔,会引起机械粘砂(shā)。熔(róng)融金(jīn)属或金属(shǔ)氧化物浸润(rùn)了这种粗糙(cāo)的(de)或多孔的表面后就会渗入砂芯(xīn)。  (4)砂芯(xīn)在(zài)储存期间吸湿(shī)。对(duì)砂(shā)芯来说,水分(fèn)过多更为(wéi)麻烦。因(yīn)为砂芯水分过(guò)多不易察觉。有的砂芯看上去像是干的,但实际上其水分仍然很高。  (5)砂(shā)芯在搬运时(shí)操作不慎(shèn),或在涂料尚处(chù)于湿态时搬运而(ér)招致破损或擦伤涂层(céng)。其后果是造成砂芯上(shàng)的涂料不(bú)够,以致不能(néng)阻止金属或(huò)金属氧化物渗(shèn)入(rù)砂芯。涂料破损(sǔn)处(chù)就(jiù)好像在砂芯上(shàng)开了一个(gè)出气孔(kǒng)一样,造成金属(shǔ)液沸腾而产生机械粘砂。  (6)砂芯涂(tú)料浸入太浅(qiǎn),会直接引起(qǐ)机械粘砂。  (7)砂芯涂料(liào)的(de)高温强度(dù)低。由于涂料中的粘土不足,或是(shì)溶剂(jì)太多(duō),以致(zhì)粘结剂含(hán)量减少,造成涂(tú)料高温强度降(jiàng)低而引起机械粘(zhān)砂。  (8)芯砂混制不良(liáng),使砂芯个别(bié)部位强度过低,在浇(jiāo)注时造成(chéng)崩落,因而(ér)产生机(jī)械(xiè)粘砂。  (9)砂芯清扫和修整不(bú)良(liáng)时,会直接造成机械粘砂(shā)。对砂芯加强检验,这类缺(quē)陷是应(yīng)该能够避免(miǎn)的(de)。  (10)砂芯(xīn)在浸(jìn)、喷(pēn)涂料后(hòu)未再次烘干。与砂(shā)芯在砂型中吸湿返潮(cháo)一样(yàng),涂层不干(gàn)极(jí)易发生剥落与掉皮(pí)。  (11)芯盒不干净,会(huì)使芯砂粘附在芯盒上,造成砂芯表面粗(cū)糙。质量优良的砂芯(xīn)有(yǒu)致密(mì)的表(biǎo)面层,芯盒不干(gàn)净就(jiù)得不到具(jù)有致(zhì)密表面层的优质(zhì)砂芯。  7、造型 (1)舂(chōng)砂松软和紧(jǐn)实度不均匀。在大多数(shù)情况下,舂砂紧实(shí)和紧实度均匀同样重要。然(rán)而,有时紧实度(dù)不均匀(yún)比砂型整体松软的危害(hài)更大。  (2)砂型修补不良。砂型(xíng)修补面粗糙(cāo)疏松,会(huì)引起(qǐ)机械粘砂;修(xiū)型过度或修补部位水分过(guò)高,也(yě)会造成(chéng)金属(shǔ)液(yè)沸腾(téng)而引起(qǐ)机(jī)械(xiè)粘砂。  (3)补砂不良的(de)部(bù)位毛糙、疏松(sōng),会发(fā)生机械粘砂。  (4)砂型涂料不匀或不足。  (5)表干型的涂料干燥不匀或未充分烘干。  (6)脱(tuō)模液用量过多会削弱(ruò)砂型表面强度,促成金属液沸腾而产(chǎn)生铸件机械粘砂。  (7)砂型涂料的波美度太低(dī),涂料就会被砂型吸入,因(yīn)而发生涂料掉皮、掉(diào)屑或(huò)剥落而造成(chéng)机械粘砂。  (8)模样表(biǎo)面覆盖的(de)面砂量不足,这是常见(jiàn)的操作疏忽。  (9)冷热材料(砂芯(xīn)、砂(shā)型、芯(xīn)撑(chēng)、冷铁等)接触到一起。冷热材料相遇,会(huì)使(shǐ)水分(fèn)凝(níng)聚。水(shuǐ)分能(néng)引起沸腾型机械(xiè)粘砂,同时(shí)大幅增加氧化物的生成速(sù)度,随后便(biàn)会发生金属氧化物(wù)的渗(shèn)入(rù)。这是产生机械粘砂的一般原因,也是高(gāo)压(yā)造型产生机械粘砂的主要原因。  8、金(jīn)属成(chéng)分 (1)易于形成流动性好的金属氧化(huà)物,流动性好的(de)金(jīn)属(shǔ)比表面(miàn)张(zhāng)力高或粘(zhān)稠的金属更容(róng)易引起机(jī)械粘(zhān)砂。  (2)合金中含有低熔点成分(fèn),如(rú)铅青铜中的铅就容易引起机械粘砂。因为铅比母体金(jīn)属温度还(hái)低很多时仍然处(chù)于流动状态。  (3)需要高温浇注的(de)合金。由于(yú)合金流动性(xìng)好,容易产生机械粘砂。此外,因浇注温度高,加速了氧化(huà)物的生成速度,故更具(jù)有形成氧化性机(jī)械粘砂的倾向。  9、浇注(zhù) (1)浇注温度过高时,不但(dàn)会使金(jīn)属液流动性提(tí)高,还会使金(jīn)属液迅速(sù)氧化,因(yīn)而加速了氧化性机械粘砂(shā)的发生。  (2)浇包(bāo)抬得过高和上箱过高一样,会(huì)形成(chéng)过(guò)高的金(jīn)属压头,促使金属或金(jīn)属氧化物进入砂型的孔隙中(zhōng)。

    消失模(mó)进砂是消失模铸造时常见的缺(quē)陷,进砂部位可能涉及到直浇道/横浇道/内浇道等,尤(yóu)其是浇(jiāo)注系统与逐渐结合(hé)的部位。消失模(mó)铸造的夹渣缺陷 夹渣缺陷是指干砂粒、涂料及其(qí)他夹杂物在浇注过(guò)程中随着铁水(shuǐ)进入铸(zhù)件而形成的缺陷。在机加(jiā)工后的铸件表面上,可看到白色或黑灰色(sè)的(de)夹杂物斑(bān)点,单个或成片分(fèn)布,白色为石英砂颗粒,黑灰色(sè)为渣、涂料、泡沫模(mó)型热解后残(cán)留物和(hé)其他夹(jiá)杂。这种缺陷(xiàn)俗称为(wéi)“进砂”或“夹渣”,在消失模铸造生产中该缺陷是一种很常见的缺(quē)陷。几(jǐ)乎采用消失模铸造的工厂是普遍存在(zài)的,且很(hěn)难彻底根除(chú)。只有(yǒu)在每一道工序上采取多(duō)种(zhǒng)措施且精(jīng)心操作(zuò)才能把“夹(jiá)渣”降到很(hěn)低,取得比较满(mǎn)意的(de)效果。  在消失模铸件冷却(què)打箱(xiāng)后未清理前,根据铸(zhù)件(jiàn)及(jí)浇注系统表(biǎo)面状况,即可(kě)以判定有没有进砂和夹渣缺陷(xiàn)。如果浇口杯、直浇道、横浇道、内浇道和(hé)浇口表面或连接(jiē)处以及(jí)铸件(jiàn)表面粘砂严重或有裂纹状粘砂存在,则基本(běn)可(kě)以肯(kěn)定(dìng)铸件有夹渣(zhā)和进砂(shā)缺陷。砸(zá)断浇道棒(bàng)或(huò)浇道拉(lā)筋,可看到断口上有白色斑点,严重时断口形成一圈(quān)白色斑(bān)点。这样的铸(zhù)件,特别(bié)是板状、圆饼状铸件机加工(gōng)后加工面上就会有白色、黑灰色斑点缺陷(xiàn)。如果工序操(cāo)作规程控制不严格(gé),生(shēng)产的铸件(jiàn)严重(chóng)的影响了(le)铸件质量和定单(dān)完成(chéng)的进(jìn)度(dù)。 造成夹渣和进砂缺(quē)陷(xiàn)的原因 经过我们(men)在生产实践中(zhōng)长(zhǎng)期观察证明(míng),从浇(jiāo)口杯(bēi)、直浇道(dào)、横浇道、内浇道(dào)至铸件,所有部位(wèi)都(dōu)有(yǒu)可能(néng)造成进砂,特别是浇注系统与铸件的结(jié)合(hé)部位。在整个生产过程中(zhōng),浇注系统白模表面的涂(tú)料脱落开裂、白模结合部位的涂(tú)料(liào)脱落开裂(liè)、泡沫塑料(liào)白模表面(miàn)的涂(tú)料脱落开裂(liè)、直浇道封闭不严密等因素是造(zào)成夹渣、进砂缺陷的(de)zui主要原因。其次,工(gōng)艺参数的选择,如浇注系统净(jìng)压(yā)头大小、浇(jiāo)注温度高低、负压度大小、干砂粒度等因素,以及模型运输过程及装箱操作情况等都对(duì)铸件夹渣和(hé)进砂缺陷有很大影响。只有(yǒu)在这些环节(jiē)采(cǎi)取系统(tǒng)的措施(shī)、精心操作,才能把铸件的夹渣缺陷减少和基本消除,获(huò)得优质铸件(jiàn)。克(kè)服夹渣缺陷是一个(gè)系统工(gōng)程。 减(jiǎn)少和克服夹(jiá)渣缺(quē)陷(xiàn)的方法和措施 进(jìn)砂问题、夹渣缺陷是消失模铸造(zào)生产的(de)一(yī)大难(nán)题(tí)。目前消失模铸造(zào)生产很成功(gōng)的主要是三类产品,即抗磨(mó)件、管件和箱体类铸件(jiàn),它们都是(shì)很(hěn)少加工(gōng)或(huò)不加工的(de)铸件(jiàn)。对于加工面多且要求高的铸(zhù)件,夹渣缺陷是一个关键需(xū)要解决的问题(tí)。我(wǒ)们的经(jīng)验是(shì)从以下几个方面采取措施可以减少和消除夹渣(zhā)缺陷: 1,涂料 消失模涂料的作用是: 1),提高铸(zhù)件表面光洁度、使(shǐ)铸件粗燥度降低(dī)2-3个(gè)等级,提(tí)高铸件表面质量和使(shǐ)用(yòng)性能。 2)减少和防止粘砂、砂孔缺陷。 3),有利于清(qīng)砂、落砂。 4),将浇注时消失模(mó)融熔的液体和气体(tǐ)顺(shùn)利通(tōng)过涂(tú)料层排(pái)出(chū)到铸型(xíng)砂中去,而且防止金属液(yè)渗入砂型,防止(zhǐ)铸件产生气孔、金(jīn)属渗(shèn)透和碳缺陷(xiàn)。 5),提高模样强(qiáng)度和(hé)刚度(dù),防止在运输、填砂(shā)震动造型时产生变形和破坏,有利(lì)于提高铸件尺寸精度和(hé)成品率(lǜ)。消失模铸造用涂料要求具有强度、透气性、耐火度、绝热性、爆热抗裂性、耐(nài)急(jí)泠急热性(xìng)、吸湿(shī)性、清理性(xìng)、涂(tú)挂性(xìng)、悬(xuán)浮性、不流淌性等一系列性能,防止(zhǐ)夹渣(zhā)缺陷首先要求(qiú)涂(tú)料(liào)具有高的强度和耐(nài)火(huǒ)性能。要求涂(tú)挂于(yú)白(bái)模(mó)表面的(de)涂料层在烘干和运输过程中不(bú)产生裂纹和开裂,即涂料应(yīng)具有足(zú)够的室温强度;而在浇(jiāo)注过程中(zhōng),在高温金属的长(zhǎng)时间冲刷作(zuò)用(yòng)下涂(tú)料层(céng)也要不脱落、不产生裂纹开裂,即有高(gāo)的高温强度。在(zài)液态金属进入铸型时直浇口封闭(bì)严(yán)密(mì)、铸件和浇注(zhù)系(xì)统表面的涂料层不(bú)脱落、不产(chǎn)生裂纹和开裂是防止夹渣缺陷的首要条件,如果浇道密(mì)封(fēng)不严(yán)密(mì),涂料层产生脱落、裂纹(wén)和(hé)开(kāi)裂,大(dà)量砂粒、涂料和夹杂物(wù)就会进入金属形成夹渣缺陷。强度和透气性是涂料的两个重要的性(xìng)能,有时候(hòu)要求(qiú)浇注系统用的涂(tú)料要(yào)比铸件(jiàn)涂料具有更(gèng)高的(de)耐火强度,以抵御高温(wēn)金属长时(shí)间(jiān)的冲刷作用而不脱落开裂。操作工在涂(tú)刷过程必须保(bǎo)证涂料(liào)的均匀性。 2.装箱操作 在装箱(xiāng)时(shí)模样组(zǔ)(模(mó)型+浇注系统)表面的涂料(liào)层不(bú)允(yǔn)许有(yǒu)任何脱落、裂纹(wén)和开裂,特别是在直浇道与横浇道结合处、横浇道(dào)与内浇道结合处、内浇口与铸型结合处,只(zhī)要有松动、裂(liè)纹、连接不牢靠就有可能进砂。这就要求结(jié)合处强(qiáng)度要高、涂料要比(bǐ)较厚,浇注系(xì)统要有足(zú)够的刚性,必要时需设置拉(lā)筋或加固套。模样组放置于砂箱底砂上(shàng)时(shí)应平稳,不允(yǔn)许(xǔ)悬(xuán)空放置时(shí)即开始(shǐ)撒(sā)砂(shā)震动造(zào)型,以(yǐ)避免震裂涂料层。不要(yào)正对模样猛烈(liè)加砂,应先用软管加砂,震动(dòng)振实时再用雨淋(lín)设(shè)备撒(sā)砂(shā)。开始震(zhèn)动造(zào)型时震动要轻微(wēi)、震幅要小,等干(gàn)砂埋住模(mó)样(yàng)再(zài)大(dà)幅震动。在震动造型(xíng)时浇(jiāo)注系统特(tè)别是直浇道时不(bú)允许掰、弯(wān),以免(miǎn)涂料层破裂,要(yào)严(yán)密(mì)封闭直浇口(kǒu)以免(miǎn)进砂。整个装箱、撒(sā)砂(shā)、震动、造型操作过程要(yào)非常仔细小心,一定要保证在浇注前模样(yàng)组涂料层没有(yǒu)任何(hé)脱落、开裂和裂纹。在浇注前(qián)应再(zài)次把(bǎ)浇口(kǒu)杯(bēi)清理保(bǎo)证没(méi)有浮砂、尘土和杂(zá)物。 3,浇注压头、温度和时间 浇(jiāo)注时压头越高对浇注系统和铸型的冲刷越大,冲坏涂料造成进(jìn)砂的可能性也越大(dà),对不同大小(xiǎo)的铸件(jiàn)压头要(yào)有所不同。要选择容量合适的浇(jiāo)包,浇包要尽可能(néng)降低浇注高度,包嘴尽量靠近(jìn)浇(jiāo)口杯,应避免用大包浇小(xiǎo)活。浇注温度越高,对涂料性能要求就越高,就越容易产生粘(zhān)砂夹渣等缺陷,应选择合适的(de)浇注温度(dù)。对于灰铸铁件,出炉温(wēn)度可在(zài)1480℃左(zuǒ)右,浇注温度为1380-1420℃;球铁铸件出炉温度应在1500℃以上(shàng),浇注温度为1420-1450℃;铸钢(gāng)件浇注(zhù)温度为(wéi)1480-1560℃。一箱需铁水300-500公斤的铸铁件浇注时间可控制在10-20秒左右。 4,负压 消失(shī)模铸造的(de)浇注(zhù)过(guò)程(chéng)一般都是在真(zhēn)空条件下(xià)进行的,负压的作用(yòng)是紧(jǐn)实干砂(shā)、加快排(pái)气、提高充(chōng)型能力,在真空密封条件(jiàn)下(xià)浇注改善了工作环境(jìng)。负(fù)压度(dù)的大(dà)小对铸件质量有很大影响,过大的负压度使金属液流经开裂、裂纹处时吸入干砂(shā)和夹杂物的可能性增(zēng)加(jiā),也(yě)使(shǐ)铸件(jiàn)的粘(zhān)砂缺陷增加(jiā)。过快的(de)充型(xíng)速(sù)度增加(jiā)了金(jīn)属(shǔ)对(duì)浇道和铸型的冲(chōng)刷能(néng)力(lì),易使涂料(liào)脱(tuō)落(luò)进入金(jīn)属,也容易(yì)冲(chōng)坏(huài)涂(tú)料(liào)层造成进砂。对于铸铁件,合适的负(fù)压(yā)度(dù)一般0.025-0.04MPa。 5,设置挡渣、撇渣(zhā)和(hé)集渣冒口 在浇注系统设(shè)置挡渣、撇渣和(hé)铸件上设置集渣冒(mào)口和采取挡渣、撇渣措施有助于改善(shàn)进砂(shā)和夹渣(zhā)缺陷(xiàn)。 6,型砂(shā) 型砂粒度(dù)过粗、过细都影(yǐng)响(xiǎng)夹渣和粘砂(shā)缺陷(xiàn)的产生,粒(lì)度(dù)过(guò)粗使(shǐ)粘砂夹渣缺(quē)陷增加。铸(zhù)铁件一般采用粒(lì)度30/50的干石英砂(水(shuǐ)洗砂(shā))即(jí)可。 7,采用铁水净(jìng)化技术 消(xiāo)失模铸件的(de)整个成(chéng)型过程都要考虑铁水净化(huà)问题,这是(shì)消失模(mó)铸造的关(guān)键(jiàn)技术之一。包(bāo)括从铁水熔炼、过热、直至浇入铸型的(de)全(quán)过程(chéng)均要考虑净化问题,过滤技术是(shì)其中之一。

    知识篇——如何防止铸(zhù)件机械(xiè)粘砂

    机(jī)械粘砂又称为金属液渗透粘砂,是由液态金属或金属(shǔ)氧化物通过(guò)毛细管(guǎn)渗透或(huò)气相渗透(tòu)方式钻入型腔(qiāng)表面(miàn)砂粒(lì)间隙,在铸件表面形(xíng)成的金属和砂粒机械混合的粘附层(céng)。清铲粘(zhān)砂层时可见金(jīn)属(shǔ)光(guāng)泽。机械粘砂(shā)表面呈海(hǎi)绵(mián)状,牢固(gù)地粘附在铸件(jiàn)表面(miàn),多(duō)发生在砂(shā)型和砂芯表(biǎo)面受热作(zuò)用强烈及砂型紧实度低的部位,如浇冒口附近、铸件厚大截面、内角和凹槽(cáo)处(chù)。机械粘(zhān)砂(shā)不仅影(yǐng)响铸(zhù)造铸件的外观质量,甚(shèn)至(zhì)引(yǐn)起报废,因此对铸件的(de)机(jī)械粘砂必须引起足够的重(chóng)视,以提高(gāo)产品成品(pǐn)率。笔者结合多年的生(shēng)产(chǎn)实践经验并参(cān)阅(yuè)有关资料,谈谈铸(zhù)件机械(xiè)粘砂(shā)的产生原因及其防止措施(shī)。 1、铸件和模样设计(jì) 如果铸(zhù)件和模(mó)样的结构会使砂(shā)型具(jù)有(yǒu)尖角(jiǎo)、悬伸或突(tū)出的形状,或(huò)具有(yǒu)扁薄的砂台(tái)或砂芯,则(zé)这种(zhǒng)设计(jì)会促进(jìn)机械粘砂(shā)产(chǎn)生。因(yīn)为这类结构的铸件会(huì)使砂型、砂芯局部热(rè)量(liàng)集中(zhōng),其(qí)正常(cháng)的性能受到破坏,砂型、砂芯表面提(tí)前溃散,熔融金属或(huò)金属氧(yǎng)化物易(yì)于(yú)渗入(rù)而产生机械粘砂。对此,可在热量集(jí)中的部(bù)位采用(yòng)特殊(shū)砂型(xíng),如(rú)锆砂或橄榄石砂,以提高其(qí)长时间受热或受高温辐照(zhào)的能(néng)力。  2、模样  (1)模样的工艺设计不良,使砂型舂(chōng)不紧实或紧实度(dù)不(bú)匀,会造成型腔(qiāng)表面粗糙或(huò)疏松(sōng),对产(chǎn)生机械(xiè)粘砂有直(zhí)接影(yǐng)响。模样(yàng)的(de)工艺设(shè)计常出现以下错(cuò)误:  一是分模面选择不当,致使上型过高,或在砂(shā)型中形成很深的型腔(qiāng)。  二(èr)是模样在(zài)模底板上的(de)位置布置不当(dāng),使(shǐ)凹(āo)陷处难于舂实,这可能是由于模样距箱壁太近,或模样排列(liè)过(guò)密所致。由于(yú)模样排列(liè)过于拥挤,会引起铸件产生胀砂(shā),即(jí)使没有明(míng)显(xiǎn)的胀砂,也会发生机(jī)械粘砂。由于(yú)产生缺(quē)陷的(de)根源相同,机械粘(zhān)砂和胀砂会出(chū)现在(zài)同一个铸(zhù)件上。  三是(shì)直浇道、冒口和横浇道的位置布置不(bú)当,会出现不易舂实的凹陷部(bù)位,这与浇冒(mào)口系统的布局有关。  四是(shì)起(qǐ)模斜度<1.5°时,即使整个砂型的紧(jǐn)实度合(hé)适,也会(huì)使砂型表(biǎo)面撕裂,易于使金属或(huò)金属氧化物渗入。   (2)模样的工艺结构不(bú)良,导致金(jīn)属液静(jìng)压(yā)力过高。由(yóu)于静压(yā)力(lì)的增高(gāo),砂型的负荷也就加重,因此需(xū)要采用特(tè)殊的砂型或更紧实的造型方法(fǎ),以抵挡金属(shǔ)液对砂型的渗(shèn)透压(yā)力。  3、砂箱 砂箱的设(shè)计及(jí)构造(zào)不合理,致使砂型(xíng)紧(jǐn)实度不匀(yún)或舂砂过软(ruǎn)。  产生这些问题的一般原因(yīn)如(rú)下:   (1)箱带的位置不当,妨碍(ài)某些(xiē)凹陷部位的舂实,因而导致砂型局部过软(ruǎn),引起胀砂或(huò)机械粘砂。   (2)因砂箱太小造成舂(chōng)砂不实。   (3)箱带位置不(bú)当,使(shǐ)直浇(jiāo)道和(hé)冒口不能放在(zài)合适的(de)位置上(shàng),以(yǐ)致冒口(kǒu)或(huò)直浇道与(yǔ)模样间的型砂(shā)舂不紧(jǐn)实。又因(yīn)该处必(bì)然造成热量集(jí)中,使机械粘砂更为(wéi)严重。因(yīn)此,如直浇道或冒口的位(wèi)置不能(néng)改变,则必须将(jiāng)箱(xiāng)带割去一块(kuài)或整个去掉。   (4)上箱过高。机械粘砂通常(cháng)与型腔(qiāng)表面(miàn)的抗渗(shèn)透(tòu)能(néng)力及金属液的静压力有关(guān),金属液压力(lì)的大小,与金属的密度和上箱(xiāng)高度有关。如从(cóng)铸件补缩(suō)需要出发,上箱应有一定高度,但型砂性能(néng)也一定(dìng)要随之加以改善(shàn)。  4、浇(jiāo)冒口系统(tǒng)  (1)浇冒口的位置不当导致砂型局部过热,从而促使型腔(qiāng)表面过早毁坏,金属液或在高温下形成的金属氧化物(wù)就更容(róng)易渗入型腔表面。  这类情况较典型(xíng)的例子有下(xià)列几种:  第yi,直浇道或冒口距型面过近,形(xíng)成一个热节区,这一热节区的砂(shā)型如未舂(chōng)实,则机械粘砂缺陷就会(huì)十分严重。  第二,在一(yī)定的型腔表面上(shàng)流过的金(jīn)属(shǔ)液(yè)过多,会(huì)把型面加(jiā)热到(dào)足以毁(huǐ)坏的程度。如果型腔中初期凝(níng)固的硬(yìng)壳被后来流(liú)入的金属(shǔ)液(yè)重熔,则粘砂就更为严重。  第三,在浇(jiāo)注(zhù)时,凡能造成金属液压力过高的任何因素,均可能导(dǎo)致铸件产生机械(xiè)粘砂。当金属液不(bú)仅(jǐn)压力(lì)高,而且温(wēn)度也高时,情况尤为(wéi)严重。   (2)直浇道、横(héng)浇道和内浇道的截面比例不当,使金(jīn)属液在浇注(zhù)时不断受到氧化,增(zēng)加了金属(shǔ)氧(yǎng)化物的数量,并导致对(duì)型砂的助熔作用。在浇注过程中,浇注系统应始(shǐ)终充满金属液(yè),否则,在浇注系统中的任何部位均能使金属液受到氧化。   (3)冒口颈尺寸过大,将造成其(qí)周围型砂(shā)过热,这是一个较为普遍的(de)问(wèn)题。这(zhè)一问题(tí)常是由(yóu)于冒口颈太长引起的,为(wéi)了使冒口(kǒu)颈中金属液不致过早凝固,就不得不加大颈部尺(chǐ)寸(cùn)。如果因为冒口颈设计(jì)不当导致(zhì)补缩不到(dào),那么zui好是缩短冒(mào)口颈,以防止凝固,而不是加大其尺寸。尺寸较小的冒(mào)口颈,可以减少砂型受热。   (4)浇口杯或直浇道设计不当,以致(zhì)浇注时卷入空气造(zào)成(chéng)金(jīn)属液氧化,这通(tōng)常是由(yóu)于湍流引起的,随着金属液表面氧化(huà)膜的不断积累会(huì)引(yǐn)起机(jī)械粘砂。  5、型(xíng)砂  (1)原砂粒度分布(bù)不均匀,会造成砂型紧实度低(dī),原砂的粒度分(fèn)布(bù)对砂型的(de)zui大紧(jǐn)实度有直接(jiē)影响。   (2)型砂的流(liú)动性和成型性差(chà)。   (3)壳型砂上树脂的覆膜太薄,会(huì)使型壳的局部强度降(jiàng)低和局部砂粒未被树脂覆盖,往往(wǎng)由(yóu)于(yú)这种简单的原因,使铸件发生机(jī)械(xiè)粘(zhān)砂(shā)。   (4)铸(zhù)型(xíng)的透气性过高,这是型砂颗(kē)粒太粗的另一种反(fǎn)映。透气性和(hé)紧实度是相互影响(xiǎng)的(de)两个(gè)因素(sù)。紧实度低则透气性好,反(fǎn)之(zhī)亦然。   (5)型砂中碳(tàn)素材料(liào)或脱(tuō)氧物(wù)质不足,会产生过多(duō)的金属氧化物,使氧化物湿润砂(shā)粒而易于渗入。  6、制芯  (1)未刷涂料砂芯的砂(shā)粒太粗或(huò)粒度分布不佳(jiā),与(yǔ)原砂粒度分布不均匀一(yī)样,对产(chǎn)生机械粘砂有影响。   (2)砂芯(xīn)未舂实,与砂型未舂实的(de)性质一样(yàng),对机械粘(zhān)砂有重大(dà)影响。   (3)砂芯表(biǎo)面粗糙或(huò)多孔,会引(yǐn)起机械粘砂。熔融金属或金属氧化(huà)物浸润(rùn)了这种粗糙的或多孔的表(biǎo)面后就会(huì)渗入砂(shā)芯(xīn)。   (4)砂芯在储存期间(jiān)吸(xī)湿。对(duì)砂(shā)芯来说,水分过多更(gèng)为麻(má)烦。因为砂芯水分(fèn)过多不易察觉。有的(de)砂芯看(kàn)上去像是干的,但实际上其水分仍然很高。   (5)砂芯在(zài)搬运时操作不慎,或在(zài)涂料尚处于湿态时搬运而招致破损或擦伤涂层。其(qí)后果(guǒ)是造(zào)成砂芯上的涂料不够,以致不能阻止(zhǐ)金属或金属氧(yǎng)化物(wù)渗入砂芯。涂料破(pò)损处就(jiù)好像(xiàng)在砂芯上开了一个出气孔(kǒng)一样(yàng),造成金属液沸腾而产生机械粘砂(shā)。   (6)砂(shā)芯(xīn)涂(tú)料浸(jìn)入太浅,会直(zhí)接引起机械(xiè)粘砂。   (7)砂芯涂料的高温强度低。由于涂料中的粘土不足,或是(shì)溶剂太多,以致粘结剂含量减少,造成(chéng)涂料高温强度降低而(ér)引起(qǐ)机械(xiè)粘(zhān)砂。   (8)芯砂(shā)混(hún)制不良,使砂(shā)芯个别部位强度过低,在浇(jiāo)注(zhù)时造成崩落,因而产生机械(xiè)粘砂。   (9)砂芯(xīn)清扫(sǎo)和修整不良时,会直(zhí)接造成机械粘砂。对砂(shā)芯加强检验,这类缺陷是应(yīng)该能够避(bì)免的。   (10)砂芯在(zài)浸、喷涂(tú)料后未再次烘干。与(yǔ)砂(shā)芯在砂型中(zhōng)吸湿返潮一样,涂层不干极易(yì)发生剥落与掉皮。   (11)芯盒不干净,会使芯砂粘附在芯盒上,造成砂(shā)芯表面粗糙。质量优良的砂芯(xīn)有致密(mì)的表面层,芯盒不干净就得不(bú)到具有致密表面层的优质砂芯。  7、造(zào)型  (1)舂砂松软和紧实度不均匀。在(zài)大(dà)多数情况下(xià),舂砂紧实和紧实(shí)度均匀同样(yàng)重要。然而,有时紧(jǐn)实度(dù)不均匀比砂型整体松(sōng)软的(de)危害(hài)更大。   (2)砂型修(xiū)补不良。砂型修补面粗糙疏松,会引起机械粘砂;修型过度(dù)或修补部位水分过高(gāo),也会造成金属液沸腾而(ér)引起(qǐ)机械粘砂。   (3)补(bǔ)砂(shā)不良的部(bù)位毛糙、疏(shū)松,会发生(shēng)机械粘(zhān)砂。   (4)砂(shā)型涂料不匀或不足。   (5)表干型(xíng)的涂料干燥不匀(yún)或未(wèi)充分烘干。   (6)脱模液用量过多会削弱砂型表面强度,促成金属液沸腾而(ér)产生铸件(jiàn)机械(xiè)粘砂。   (7)砂型(xíng)涂料的波美度太低(dī),涂料就会被砂型吸入,因而发生涂料掉皮、掉屑或剥落而(ér)造(zào)成机械粘砂。   (8)模样表面(miàn)覆盖的(de)面砂(shā)量不足,这(zhè)是常见的操(cāo)作疏忽。   (9)冷热材料(砂芯、砂型、芯撑、冷铁(tiě)等)接触到一起。冷热材(cái)料相遇,会使水(shuǐ)分凝聚。水(shuǐ)分(fèn)能(néng)引起沸腾型机械(xiè)粘砂,同时大(dà)幅增加氧化物(wù)的生(shēng)成速度,随后(hòu)便(biàn)会发生金属(shǔ)氧化(huà)物的渗入。这是产生机械粘砂的(de)一般原(yuán)因(yīn),也是高压造型产生机械粘砂的主要(yào)原(yuán)因。  8、金属成分  (1)易于形成流动性(xìng)好的金属(shǔ)氧化(huà)物,流动性(xìng)好的金属比表面张力高或粘稠(chóu)的金(jīn)属更容易(yì)引(yǐn)起机械粘砂。   (2)合金中含有低(dī)熔(róng)点(diǎn)成分,如(rú)铅青铜(tóng)中(zhōng)的铅就容(róng)易引(yǐn)起机械粘砂。因(yīn)为铅比母(mǔ)体金属温(wēn)度还低很多(duō)时仍然处于流动状态。   (3)需要高温浇注的合金。由于合金流动性好(hǎo),容易产生机械(xiè)粘砂。此(cǐ)外,因浇注温度高,加速了氧化物的生成速度,故更具有形成氧化(huà)性机(jī)械粘(zhān)砂的倾向。  9、浇注  (1)浇(jiāo)注温度(dù)过高时,不但会(huì)使(shǐ)金属液(yè)流(liú)动性提高(gāo),还会(huì)使(shǐ)金属液(yè)迅速氧化,因(yīn)而加速了氧化性机械粘砂的(de)发生。   (2)浇包抬得(dé)过高和上箱过高一样(yàng),会形(xíng)成(chéng)过高(gāo)的金(jīn)属压头,促使金属(shǔ)或金属氧化物进入砂型的孔隙(xì)中。

    铸件(jiàn)晶粒粗大是指经过(guò)机械工或进行断口检(jiǎn)验时,显示出晶粒组织过分(fèn)粗大而不(bú)适合应用的缺陷,这种晶粒粗大的组织,可能是遍(biàn)布于铸(zhù)件(jiàn)整(zhěng)体,也可能发生于铸件的局部。从本质上讲,晶粒粗大缺陷(xiàn)是一种冶金缺陷。笔者(zhě)根据(jù)多年的生产实践并参阅有关资料,谈谈铸件晶粒粗大缺陷产生的原(yuán)因及防止措施。 1、铸件结构和工艺设计 (1)铸件截面(miàn)差异(yì)过(guò)大,会因为较(jiào)厚的(de)截面(miàn)冷却缓慢而造成该处晶粒粗大。灰铸铁等(děng)对截面变化十分敏(mǐn)感的金属,更容易产生此类缺陷。  防止产生这类(lèi)缺陷(xiàn)的有效(xiào)方(fāng)法是避免铸件截面尺寸(cùn)过分悬殊,但这种途径有时是铸造工作者所无(wú)能为力的。因而就铸造(zào)本身言(yán),可(kě)通过采取(qǔ)设置冷铁、控(kòng)制浇(jiāo)注温度或通过选择合适(shì)的浇汁(zhī)系统来减少这(zhè)类问题的发生,降低这(zhè)类缺陷的严重程(chéng)度。采用冷铁可加快铸件较厚截面的冷却速度; 浇注温度过高,会使这类问题更为(wéi)严重,应(yīng)予以(yǐ)避免;通过调节、修正浇注系(xì)统设计,使温(wēn)度低(dī)的金属熔液位于铸件截面较厚的部(bù)位,并在铸件的厚截面处设计zui有效的冒口,以尽可能减小冒(mào)口的尺寸。 (2)对于带孔铸(zhù)件,工艺设计人员有时没有采用有助于(yú)减(jiǎn)小有(yǒu)效截面尺寸(cùn)的型芯,使(shǐ)未设(shè)芯的截(jié)面过厚(hòu)而产生此(cǐ)缺(quē)陷(xiàn),因(yīn)此在工艺设(shè)计时,应尽(jìn)可能在较厚(hòu)的截面(miàn)中设置砂芯。  (3)在某些情况(kuàng)下,铸件截面并不太厚,但因某一较窄的凹陷部位或(huò)型芯(xīn)在铸件中形成热汇截面,其结果和厚大(dà)截面一样。例如.在铸件较深(shēn)部位的一个柱状脐子处(chù),可能需要设置型芯,而这样就会造成冷却缓(huǎn)慢。在不能设(shè)计(jì)进行(háng)修改的情况下,除非可以降低金属温度,或重新没(méi)置浇口,zui好的解决办法(fǎ)是(shì)在型芯(xīn)或铸型截面处设置冷铁。  (4)工艺设计时加工余量留得(dé)过大,不仅增加了切削加工的(de)费用,还会把较致密的铸件表层(céng)切削(xuē)掉,并暴露出中心冷却较慢的疏松部(bù)分(fèn)。这种设(shè)计(jì)毫无可取(qǔ)之处(chù),因为无(wú)论从(cóng)铸(zhù)造还是从(cóng)机械加工的角度来看都是不合理的,解决办法是改变铸(zhù)件的设(shè)计。如果不允许更改设计,那么正(zhèng)确的方法则是采用冷铁(tiě)、控制(zhì)浇注温度(dù)及调(diào)整(zhěng)浇注系统。  (5)在厚截面处型芯设计不合适,型芯支(zhī)撑不正确,或(huò)采用其他引起偏(piān)芯的技术,会造成铸件(jiàn)截面的变化,从而引起晶(jīng)粒粗大。  2、浇冒口系统 (1)未能(néng)实现顺序凝固 浇注系(xì)统未能很(hěn)好地(dì)实(shí)现顺序凝固(gù),通常是(shì)造成晶(jīng)粒粗(cū)大的原因。对于截面变(biàn)化急剧的(de)铸件,必须允分(fèn)注(zhù)意内浇(jiāo)口的数(shù)量和位置。为了进行补缩,在冒口的作用区保持(chí)灼热的熔融金属(shǔ),会使厚(hòu)截面的冷(lěng)却速度降低(dī)到产生粗大(dà)晶粒的(de)程度。冒口设计不当,如冒口颈过长,冒口垫设计不当,或(huò)冒口尺寸太大,都会在较(jiào)厚截面处造成过多热量的汇集。  (2)易于造成(chéng)热汇的浇冒口分布 同样,为了对厚截(jié)面进行补缩,常会在局部区(qū)域造成过分的热(rè)量汇集。例如,因为侧(cè)冒口会造(zào)成厚截面的(de)过热并减缓冷却速度,所(suǒ)以有(yǒu)时不便于在实际操作中(zhōng)使用。实际生(shēng)产中需通过合理的冒口设计,尽可能减(jiǎn)小冒(mào)口的尺寸。 (3)在内浇口或冒口与(yǔ)铸(zhù)件(jiàn)连接处造成局部热节 内浇口或冒口颈部较短,对于补缩是有利的,但却(què)会使横浇(jiāo)道或冒口太靠近铸件,减缓了该(gāi)部位的冷却速度。而增大冒口(kǒu)颈部,又会给补缩带来问题。因此zui好的措(cuò)施是采(cǎi)取有效的冒口设计(jì),尽(jìn)可能减少(shǎo)冒(mào)口的尺寸,不使横浇道和冒口过于接近(jìn)易(yì)于形成粗(cū)大品(pǐn)粒的关键截面,恰当地(dì)设置横浇(jiāo)道和冒口,以实现补缩。  (4)内浇口数量不足 内浇口数量太少,不仅易(yì)于造成冲砂,同时还会造(zào)成局部热节和粗(cū)大晶粒组织。这种现象普(pǔ)遍(biàn)存(cún)在于所(suǒ)有的铸造(zào)金属中,即使是浇注温度较低的(de)铝合金也(yě)会出现这种情况。在(zài)某些情况下,因为浇口数量太少,会导致产生缩松缺(quē)陷。这种缩松(sōng)缺陷(xiàn)可能会掩盖由于同(tóng)样原因造成(chéng)的晶粒粗大(dà)的缺陷(xiàn)。实(shí)际上,当晶粒粗大缺陷(xiàn)严重恶化时,就变(biàn)成了一种缩松缺陷,因而对这两种缺陷的防治措施,常常是相同(tóng)的。 3、型砂 只有当型砂使(shǐ)型壁产生的位移足以导致增加临界截面(易于形成粗大晶(jīng)粒的截(jié)面)的(de)截面(miàn)尺(chǐ)寸时(shí),型(xíng)眇才是(shì)造成晶粒粗大缺陷的一个因素。由于在厚(hòu)截(jié)面(miàn)处的型壁移动可(kě)能zui大,所(suǒ)以这(zhè)种缺陷还(hái)是(shì)有可能产(chǎn)生的,此时所产生的品(pǐn)粒粗大缺陷和胀砂有关。  4、制芯 生产中应避免采(cǎi)用未(wèi)烘透或空气硬化(huà)的油砂芯,因(yīn)为这种型芯可能会产生放(fàng)热反应,从(cóng)而造(zào)成热量过(guò)分汇集。这种情况或出现于(yú)大(dà)型铸件,或出现(xiàn)于采用具有放热性能粘接剂(jì)的厚大型芯。从某种意义(yì)来(lái)说,这种型芯起着一(yī)种***率的(de)绝热体的作用,并把金(jīn)属熔液(yè)的冷却速度减缓到了危险的程度。  5、造型 (1)缺少能(néng)促使加快(kuài)冷却速度的通气孔(kǒng)就较厚的铸件截(jié)面(miàn)来说(shuō),铸件的冷却(què)速度与通过型砂散出热量的速度有关。排气充分会有助于水(shuǐ)气(qì)迅速排出(chū),从而产生一种致冷的(de)效(xiào)应。  (2)未设置激冷(lěng)钉(dìng)或冷铁(tiě)这种情(qíng)况通常是因为(wéi)粗心疏忽所致。 6、化学(xué)成分 从本质上来说,晶粒粗大(dà)和金属的(de)化学成(chéng)分与冷却速(sù)度(dù)的配合有关,因此(cǐ)选择这种配合是非常重要(yào)的。如果冷却速度难(nán)以调节,那么粗晶组织必定是起因于金属的化学成分不(bú)当。由于金属成分的重要性,现将每一种金属简述如下。  (1)灰铸铁和可锻铸铁(tiě) 碳当量过高,碳和硅效应的(de)数学计算,通常(cháng)可(kě)以概括为:CE=C+1/3Si,晶(jīng)粒粗大可能是(shì)因为碳(tàn)过量或硅过量,或者碳(tàn)硅(guī)过量所致。与硅(guī)相比,碳的效(xiào)应(yīng)相当其3倍,所以(yǐ)碳的做量变化(huà),要(yào)比硅的同(tóng)量变化危险(xiǎn)得多。碳(tàn)、硅的这种作(zuò)用,既影(yǐng)响到可锻铸铁,也影响到灰(huī)铸铁。对可锻铸铁(tiě)而言,晶(jīng)粒粗大既(jì)不呈(chéng)现为黑色,也不(bú)呈现出表示初生石墨的麻(má)口,而是以一般的晶粒粗大的形式呈现,这是(shì)由于含碳或含硅量过高,或(huò)者二(èr)者均过高。磷也会对晶粒粗大产(chǎn)生影响。当wp=0.1%时(shí),会加重缩孔缺(quē)陷,特别是在冷却较(jiào)缓慢的截面部位(wèi)加(jiā)重晶粒(lì)粗大缺陷的程度(dù)。  (2)铸钢 在铸钢(gāng)的熔化和(hé)脱氧(yǎng)操(cāo)作中(zhōng),加入(rù)了一些会延缓晶粒(lì)长(zhǎng)大的(de)元素,因此和锻钢相比,铸(zhù)钢不(bú)太(tài)容(róng)易形成品粒(lì)粗(cū)大。因成分而引起品(pǐn)粒(lì)粗大的铸钢(gāng)件,可通过退火或(huò)正火处理得(dé)到细(xì)化。  (3)铝合金 铁杂质会使铸铝件品粒粗大,脆性增加,这类缺陷多数是由于熔化操作(zuò)不当所致。在铝合金中,特别是(shì)那(nà)些要(yào)求过热的铝合金,加入适量(liàng)的细化品粒合金元素是必要的(de)。  (4)铜合金 铜合(hé)金中晶粒粗大的缺陷常被针(zhēn)孔(kǒng)、气孔或缩松所掩盖。铜合金因成分变化会造成品粒粗大(dà),但(dàn)通常总是先出现针孔、气孔或缩松。 7、熔化 熔化操作小当会对合余的品(pǐn)粒组织产(chǎn)生影(yǐng)响(xiǎng)。对于不同的铸造金属,必须(xū)采取(qǔ)小同的熔化工艺(yì)。  (1)冲天炉熔(róng)化灰铸铁(tiě) 鼓风量和焦炭不平(píng)衡(héng),会造(zào)成过量增(zēng)碳。例如,底焦高度过高和降低鼓(gǔ)风量会造成过量(liàng)增碳。当炉衬熔(róng)蚀后,增碳会更加严重(chóng)。因为冲(chōng)天(tiān)炉直径变(biàn)大(dà)后(hòu),为了保(bǎo)持(chí)同(tóng)样的含碳量,需增加(jiā)鼓风量。在过高(gāo)的温度下熔化会增加碳(tàn)量,如(rú)果采用热风熔炼,就会遇到这种情况(kuàng)。根(gēn)据经验(yàn),鼓风温度(dù)每增加(jiā)55℃,就会增加0.10%的(de)碳(质量分数)。如果采用氧气来(lái)提高温度,并不一定会产生(shēng)同样的问题(tí)。 出铁液的间隔过(guò)长,或(huò)铁液停(tíng)留在炉缸中的时间过长,也会导致增碳。生产低碳铸铁一般都采用(yòng)较浅的(de)炉缸,并缩(suō)短出铁液的(de)间隔时间,尽量做到(dào)连续出铁液。 间断熔化会造(zào)成(chéng)过量增碳,导致产生粗晶组织(zhī)。另(lìng)外,因停风而使熔化间断,几乎无一(yī)例外地(dì)导致碳和硅(guī)含量的波动。停风之后,通常需要(yào)15min,才能重新获得原来规(guī)定的化学成分。  (2)可锻铸铁(tiě) 炉料称重或(huò)配料中产(chǎn)生(shēng)的偏差会(huì)导致化学(xué)成分的变化(huà);炉内鼓风(fēng)量没有保证,会影响化学成分的(de)控制;熔化过热或(huò)火焰中充烟,都会造成增(zēng)碳。  (3)黄铜和(hé)青铜 采用脏污(wū)的坩埚,以及在坩埚的底部和侧壁处留有上一炉熔化时所残余的凝壳或金属(shǔ)薄层,都会造成对下一次熔化的污(wū)染,因此生产中(zhōng)应避免使(shǐ)用来源(yuán)不明的废料,防止在金属炉(lú)料内掺入会产生(shēng)气(qì)体的原材料,如(rú)湿的、油污染的或其他脏污(wū)的材料。  (4)铝 因熔(róng)化(huà)温度控制不当而(ér)使铝液(yè)过热(rè),是(shì)造成铝(lǚ)合金晶粒(lì)粗大(dà)的(de)常(cháng)见原因。因(yīn)此生产中应将过热的铝液缓慢(màn)地冷却(què)下(xià)来,使(shǐ)其降到较低的浇注(zhù)温度。此外(wài),在配料过程中粗心大意(yì)或(huò)者炉料(liào)污(wū)染,也会引起晶粒粗大(dà)缺(quē)陷。 8、浇注 对所有金属来说(shuō),浇注温度过高都容易造成晶(jīng)粒粗大缺陷。  9、其它(tā) (1)冷却速度过慢 除了与设计、浇注(zhù)系统(tǒng)和金属(shǔ)成分有关外,还(hái)与其他因素有关(guān),如型砂紧密度(dù)偏低、当需要采用而没有采用(yòng)冷铁、浇注和落砂之间的时间间(jiān)隔过长,以及落(luò)砂后将(jiāng)灼热的铸件堆放在一(yī)起(qǐ)等。  (2)热处理不当 也是造成某(mǒu)些(xiē)金(jīn)属品粒粗(cū)大的主要原因之一(yī)。  (3)机械(xiè)加(jiā)工(gōng)不当 不恰(qià)当的机械加工会使实(shí)际上致密的铸件看上去(qù)像(xiàng)是具有晶粒粗(cū)大缺陷的样子。所谓机械(xiè)加工不当,是指刀具磨(mó)得(dé)不合理、刀具过(guò)钝、切(qiē)削(xuē)速度或进(jìn)刀控制有误(wù),以及粗(cū)加(jiā)工方法不当等,这些都(dōu)会造成带有某种损伤的多孔外观,这种外观会使人们认为铸件存在晶粒粗大的缺陷。

    铸(zhù)钢(gāng)件(jiàn)生产工(gōng)艺要求及质量标准
    铸钢件生产工艺要求(qiú)及质量标(biāo)准

    一、混砂工艺标准 (一)材料要求: 1、造型砂:符(fú)合GB9442-88 、JB435-63细粒砂要求,一般选用二氧化硅含(hán)量较(jiào)高的天然砂或(huò)石英砂,原砂粒(lì)度根据铸件大小及壁厚确定(dìng),原砂的含泥质量分数应(yīng)小于2%,原(yuán)砂中的(de)水份必须(xū)严格控制,且一(yī)般应进行(háng)烘(hōng)干(gàn)。 2、水玻璃:水(shuǐ)玻璃模应根据铸件大小来(lái)确定。 (1)小砂型(xíng)(芯)为加速硬化采用选用M=2.7—3.2的高模数(shù)水玻璃。 (2)中型砂型(芯)可选用M=2.3—2.6的水玻璃。 (3)生产周期长的大型砂(shā)型(芯)选用M=2.0—2.2的低模数水玻璃。 (二(èr))混制比例(lì)(质量分数%) 造型砂/水玻璃(lí)=100:6~8 (三(sān))混制时间:一(yī)般情况下混制(zhì)5分钟(zhōng),室温或水玻璃密度(dù)较(jiào)大时可适当(dāng)延长混(hún)砂时(shí)间。 (四)混(hún)制后(hòu)要求:混制好的造型(xíng)砂要求无块状或团状,流动性(xìng)较好。二、造型工艺要(yào)点: (一)基本原则: 1、质(zhì)量要求高的面或主要加工(gōng)面应放在(zài)下(xià)面。 2、大平面应(yīng)放在下面。 3、薄(báo)壁部分应放在下面。 4、厚大部分应放在上(shàng)面。 5、应尽量减少(shǎo)砂芯的数量。 6、应(yīng)尽量采(cǎi)用平直的分型面。 (二)基本要求: 1、木模:要求轮廓完整,无裂纹、无破损、无残缺,表面光洁(jié),尺寸符合铸造工(gōng)艺图纸要求,并(bìng)经常进行尺寸校验(yàn)。 2、砂箱:砂箱的尺寸大小应(yīng)根(gēn)据木模规格确定,大、中型砂箱应焊接(jiē)箱筋。 3、浇注系统:根据铸件的(de)结构特点的(de)工艺要求,选择适(shì)宜的浇注系统(tǒng),通常采(cǎi)用顶(dǐng)注式、底(dǐ)注(zhù)式。 (1)浇注系统设置基(jī)本原则:浇口、冒口(kǒu)安放位置合理,大小(xiǎo)适宜不(bú)妨碍铸件收缩,便于排气、落(luò)砂和清理(lǐ),应使铸型尺寸(cùn)尽量减(jiǎn)少,简化造型操作,节省型(xíng)砂(shā)用量和降低劳动强度。 (2)内浇道位置的注意事项。 1)内浇道不应设在铸件重要部(bù)位。 2)应使(shǐ)金属液流至型腔各部(bù)位的(de)距离zui短。 3)应(yīng)不使(shǐ)金属液正面(miàn)冲击铸型(xíng)和砂芯。 4)应使金属液能均匀分散,快速(sù)地充满型腔。 5)不要正对(duì)铸型(xíng)中的(de)冷铁和芯撑。 4、冒口 (1)冒(mào)口(kǒu)设置(zhì)基(jī)本原则(zé): 1)根(gēn)据铸件的结(jié)构和(hé)工艺要求正确选择冒口的(de)形状、大小(xiǎo)和安放位置。 2)根据冒口(kǒu)的有效补缩范围合理(lǐ)地确定冒口数量。 (2)冒口设置基本(běn)要求: 1)对(duì)于壁厚不均匀的铸件,每个热节部位都必须设置冒口(kǒu)。 2)应尽量设置在铸件被补缩部位的顶(dǐng)部或近旁。 3)当(dāng)铸件在不同高度上有热节需要补缩时,可(kě)设(shè)置多个冒口,但(dàn)各冒口的(de)补(bǔ)缩区(qū)必(bì)须隔开。 4)冒(mào)口zui好不设(shè)置(zhì)在铸件重要的或受力较大的部位(wèi)。 5)应尽量使内(nèi)浇道(dào)通过冒(mào)口。 6)冒口(kǒu)应尽量不(bú)设置在(zài)铸(zhù)件应(yīng)力集(jí)中处。 7)冒(mào)口zui好(hǎo)设置在铸件需要机械加工(gōng)的(de)表面上。 (三)造型操作: 1、操作流程 顺(shùn)序是(shì):选(xuǎn)取合适(shì)砂箱→放(fàng)置木模→填砂→紧实→放置上砂箱→安置浇冒口(kǒu)→填砂→紧实→起模修型→硬化 2、操作(zuò)方法(fǎ)及(jí)质量标准 (1)根据铸件模型的形状和大小(xiǎo),选取合适(shì)的砂(shā)箱(xiāng)。 (2)把铸件模(mó)型放到砂箱内的适当位(wèi)置。 (3)往砂(shā)箱中加入适当(dāng)造(zào)型砂,使用工具将砂(shā)箱中的造型砂紧实,紧实程度要适中。 (4)用刮板(bǎn)刮去高出砂箱的造型砂,使砂型(xíng)表面和砂箱的边缘(yuán)平齐。 (5)用毛刷清(qīng)理模型表面浮砂,覆盖塑料薄膜并使薄膜平整(zhěng)。 (6)放置上砂箱,上、下砂箱箱(xiāng)口要对(duì)齐。 (7)在上砂箱中(zhōng)合适(shì)位置放置浇冒口(kǒu),添加造(zào)型砂并(bìng)紧实。 (8)分箱起模,修(xiū)型并扎气眼硬化(huà)。 3、砂(shā)型型腔质(zhì)量要求 (1)砂型无(wú)飞边、无毛刺、无残缺,型腔内干净无残砂等异物。 (2)型腔应(yīng)干燥,硬化程度高,合箱(xiāng)前要(yào)保证充(chōng)分干燥(冬季可适当(dāng)延长硬化和烘(hōng)烤时间)。 (3)砂型轮廓完整、清晰,合箱(xiāng)箱印(yìn)或记号完整清晰。 (4)浇口(kǒu)、冒(mào)口位置设置合理、大小符(fú)合要求;排气孔通畅、浇注系统根据铸(zhù)件(jiàn)设置合理。 4、合箱(xiāng) 合箱(xiāng)就是把(bǎ)砂型和砂芯(xīn)按要求组(zǔ)合(hé)在一起成(chéng)为铸型的过程。习惯(guàn)上也称拼箱、配箱或扣箱。 合箱(xiāng)工(gōng)作一(yī)般按以下步骤进行: (1) ***检查、清(扫(sǎo)、修(xiū)理所(suǒ)有砂型(xíng)和砂芯(xīn),特别要注意检(jiǎn)查(chá)砂芯的烘干程度和(hé)通气道是否通畅。不符合要(yào)求(qiú)者,应(yīng)进行(háng)返修或废弃(qì)。 (2) 按下芯次序依次将砂(shā)芯装入砂型,并严格(gé)检查和保证铸件(jiàn)壁(bì)厚、砂(shā)芯(xīn)固定、芯头排气(qì)和填补接(jiē)缝处的间隙。 (3) 仔细清除(chú)型内散(sàn)砂,***检查下芯(xīn)质量,在分型(xíng)面上沿(yán)型腔外围放上一圈泥条或(huò)石棉绳,以保证合箱后分型面(miàn)密合,避免液态金属从分型面间隙流出。随(suí)后即可正式(shì)合(hé)上箱(xiāng)。 (4) 放上压铁(tiě)或用螺栓(shuān)、金属卡子固(gù)紧铸(zhù)型。放(fàng)好(hǎo)浇口(kǒu)杯、冒口圈。在分型面四周接缝处抹上(shàng)砂泥以(yǐ)防止跑火。zui后***清理场(chǎng)地,以便安全方便(biàn)地浇注。三、钢液的熔炼工艺要(yào)求: (一)操作流程 选择炉料(liào)(废钢(gāng))→熔化钢(gāng)液→清理钢液(yè)废渣→添加金属矿石→钢液材(cái)质化验(yàn)分(fèn)析→根据化验分析进行钢液材质处理(lǐ)→脱氧(yǎng)→钢(gāng)液出(chū)炉 (一(yī))炉料的选择要(yào)求: 1、根据准备浇铸件材质的要求,合(hé)理选择炉料搭配使用。产(chǎn)品钢号,应在投料时就控制成份含量(liàng)。出炉前半小时(shí)取炉前样送检分(fèn)析。 2、对含有油(yóu)污,污垢的炉料下炉前要进(jìn)行清理。 3、对(duì)含有镀(dù)锌的炉料zui好不用。 4、所选用的(de)炉料(liào)必须严格控(kòng)制S、P有(yǒu)害(hài)元素的含量。 5、严格遵守熔炼工艺制度。尽(jìn)量采用满(mǎn)功率(lǜ),快速溶炼(liàn)。 (二)浇(jiāo)注前钢(gāng)液材(cái)质化(huà)验 出(chū)炉前半(bàn)小时取炉前样送(sòng)检进行化验分析,钢(gāng)液的(de)材(cái)质(zhì)应符合铸件(jiàn)材质(zhì)允许(xǔ)的范(fàn)围内,不符合的应进行(háng)调质,直到符合要(yào)求。 (三)脱氧 把(bǎ)钢液表面的杂质处理后(hòu),进行脱(tuō)氧(yǎng)处(chù)理: 1、脱(tuō)氧剂加入顺序:先加锰铁,后加(jiā)硅铁,zui后加入纯(chún)铝。 注:脱(tuō)氧(yǎng)剂锰铁、硅铁(tiě)在出(chū)炉前5—8分钟加入,纯铝在出炉时加(jiā)入。钢(gāng)液1480—1500℃加(jiā)锰(měng)铁、硅铁,1610—1630℃加纯铝。 2、脱氧剂的(de)加入量(占钢液质量分数%) 脱氧(yǎng)剂名称 锰铁 硅铁 硅钙粉 纯铝(lǚ) 脱(tuō)氧剂用量(liàng) 0.1—0.2 0.05—0.07 0.2—0.3 0.04—0.06 注:脱氧(yǎng)剂可分多(duō)批次加(jiā)入,钢包每(měi)次(cì)接(jiē)钢水(shuǐ)前,应放(fàng)入小块纯铝进行(háng)终脱氧处理。四、浇注工艺要求 (一) 浇注前的准备工作 (1) 了解浇注合金的(de)种类(lèi)、牌(pái)号、待浇注铸型(xíng)的(de)数量和估(gū)算所需金(jīn)属液的重量。 (2) 检查浇包的修理质量、烘干预热情况及其运输(shū)与倾转机构的灵活性(xìng)和可靠(kào)牲。 (3) 熟悉各种铸型在车间所处的(de)位(wèi)置(zhì),以确定浇注次序。 (4) 检查(chá)浇口、冒口圈的安放及铸型的(de)紧固情况。 (5) 清理浇注场地,保证浇注安全。 (二) 浇注操作要点(diǎn) 为了获(huò)得合(hé)格铸件(jiàn),必(bì)须控制浇(jiāo)注温度、浇(jiāo)注速度(dù),严(yán)格遵守浇注操作规程。 (1) 浇注温度(dù) 浇注温度对铸件质(zhì)量影响很大,因此应根据合金种类、铸件结构和铸型特点(diǎn)确定合理的浇注温(wēn)度范围。金属(shǔ)液由炉(lú)中注入浇包(bāo)时,温度都会降低。根据碳钢的型号,选择(zé)适宜的浇注温度,一(yī)般浇注温度在1540—1580℃(浇包内钢水温度)。 (2) 浇注操作要(yào)点 1) 浇(jiāo)注之前需除去浇包中金(jīn)属液面上的(de)熔(róng)渣。 2)依规定的浇注速度和时间范围进行浇注。 3) 有(yǒu)冒口的铸型,浇注后(hòu)期应按工艺规(guī)范(fàn)进行点(diǎn)注和(hé)补注。对大中型铸件在浇(jiāo)注(zhù)成型后,冒(mào)口(kǒu)要加保(bǎo)温盐进(jìn)行保(bǎo)温。补火要及时,大型冒(mào)口(kǒu)要采取多(duō)次补火,补火(huǒ)时间要控制在冒口内的钢液凝固结壳前进行。 4)一般浇(jiāo)注大(dà)、中型铸钢件(jiàn)时(shí),钢(gāng)水要在(zài)钢(gāng)包内静置1—2min镇静后(hòu)进行浇注(zhù)。 5)在(zài)保证型腔内的气体排出顺畅的条件(jiàn)下,对(duì)要(yào)求同时凝固的铸件可采用较高(gāo)浇注速度,对要求(qiú)实现顺序凝固(gù)的铸件(jiàn),尽可能采用较低的浇注速度。 6)较厚(hòu)大铸件或采用底(dǐ)注式浇(jiāo)注(zhù)系统时,浇注速度(dù)可先快后慢,对薄壁小件浇注速(sù)度可先慢后快。 7)温高缓,温低急(jí);引流准、浇注稳,收流猛(měng);包口近杯,不断流,不准碰(pèng)杯,注(zhù)意挡渣,防(fáng)止飞溅,不准(zhǔn)半浇,允许点补(缩),遇(yù)有穿漏,迅速处理(lǐ)。 8) 浇注后待铸件凝固(gù)完毕,要(yào)及时卸除(chú)压铁和箱(xiāng)卡,以减少铸件收缩(suō)阻(zǔ)力,避(bì)免(miǎn)裂纹。五、铸(zhù)件(jiàn)清理 铸件凝固冷却到一定温度后,把铸件从砂箱中取出,去掉铸(zhù)件表面及内腔(qiāng)中的(de)型砂和芯砂的工艺过程称为(wéi)落砂,落砂通常分(fèn)为人工(gōng)落砂(shā)和机(jī)械落砂两(liǎng)种。 铸(zhù)件在未完全凝(níng)固(gù)前,不准搬动铸件,也不(bú)准在600℃以上喷水强冷(lěng)。铸件一般经自然冷却2—3小时后进行清(qīng)件。 (一)工作流程 清(qīng)理(lǐ)铸件表面(miàn)、型腔废砂(shā)→气(qì)割铸(zhù)件浇口、冒(mào)口、毛刺→再次清理铸件残砂→焊(hàn)补铸件(jiàn)→打磨铸件→质量验收 (二)操作(zuò)方法(fǎ)及质量标准 1、准(zhǔn)备工作 按照要求佩戴好劳(láo)保用品,并对工作环境进行安全(quán)确认;准备好所(suǒ)用机(jī)器设备和工具,并认(rèn)真检(jiǎn)查,确保机器设备(bèi)、工具(jù)完好(hǎo),能正常、安全运行和使用。 2、正常操作 (1)利(lì)用风镐或水清砂机进行铸件废砂清理。 (2)铸件废砂(shā)清理完毕,按照《气割安全技术操作规程》操作割枪(qiāng),切割铸件浇口(kǒu)、冒口(kǒu)、飞(fēi)边(biān)、毛刺。 (3)铸件切割完毕,符合(hé)要求。按照《电(diàn)焊(hàn)工安全(quán)技术操作规程》操作电焊(hàn)机,对铸件残缺部位进行(háng)焊补,确保铸(zhù)件完整。 (4)焊补完(wán)毕,复合(hé)工艺要求(qiú)。利用砂(shā)轮机对铸件切割、焊补等部(bù)位进行打(dǎ)磨处理(lǐ),保证切割部位和(hé)焊补部位光(guāng)洁、平(píng)整。 (5)打磨完毕,进行(háng)验收,准备热处理六(liù)、铸钢件退火热处理 铸(zhù)钢件退火是将铸钢(gāng)件(jiàn)加热到AC3以上20-30℃,保温(wēn)一定时间冷却的热处理工艺。 (一)退火热处理(lǐ)工(gōng)艺一般要求: 1、按(àn)照热处理(lǐ)工艺(yì)要求升(shēng)温(wēn)、冷却。 2、将需要热处理(lǐ)的铸(zhù)件(jiàn)按合(hé)金种类、铸件大小、壁(bì)厚相同的类型进(jìn)行退火。 3、根(gēn)据铸(zhù)件的形状(zhuàng)、壁(bì)厚、化学成分选择合适的加热速度。 (二)退火热处理具体操作 1、退火炉的检查 (1)炉门关闭正常、严密。 (2)无跑(pǎo)烟、跑火(huǒ)现象。 (3)热电(diàn)偶完好。 (4)温度仪指示正常。 (5)鼓风机运行(háng)正常 2、工件填装要求: (1)工件装(zhuāng)填不得(dé)过于严密,须留(liú)有一定空隙。 (2)工件码放须稳固、整齐。 (3)工件(jiàn)码(mǎ)放应坚持(chí)防止加热变形的原则(zé)。 3、工(gōng)件(jiàn)加热、保温、降温冷却(què)要求 (1)加热(rè):通常以200-400℃/小时的速度加(jiā)热到860℃. (2)保温:根据工(gōng)件(jiàn)的厚度(dù)确定保温时间为2-3小时左(zuǒ)右。 (3)降温:随(suí)炉缓慢(màn)冷却到500℃后(hòu)出炉,空气冷却至正常。 (三)工(gōng)件出炉 工件冷却至正常温度后出炉,应(yīng)分类码放整(zhěng)齐。七、铸钢件质量验收标准 1、外(wài)形完整、光洁;无(wú)飞边、毛翅、残缺,多肉;无砂眼、气孔、缩孔(kǒng)等(děng)铸造缺陷(xiàn)。 2、形状、尺寸(cùn),加(jiā)工量符合铸(zhù)造工艺(yì)图纸要求。 3、各(gè)种(zhǒng)元(yuán)素含量(liàng)在规定范围内(nèi)。 4、符合GB/T11352-89一般工程用碳钢(gāng)件的质(zhì)量标准。
